WOW. Employees bashing LGBTQ customers after they leave? I'm DISGUSTED.

This is hands down the worst dispensary experience in Portland. 4 years a medical patient, dozens of dispensaries, and I've never seen this level of incompetence in employees or business practices. I've been in about 4 times and every time there was a problem. 3 times it was employee related and the other was product related. Their flower selection is dismal and usually dry so I always pass. Because its close by I started going in for shatter but it's not worth the headache with the employees or the way they run the store. My last experience was enough to encourage me to recommend customers steer clear of this store altogether.

The staff and quality of product at the grass shack are top notch. I come here for the Mango, but always end up taking something else home as well. I cant say enough about this place, its a breath of fresh air compared to the other dispensaries in PDX. A hidden gem!

Deanz is a hidden gem among all the other overpriced under staffed dispensaries in PDX. Great prices, and awesome budtenders who have never given me a bad suggestion or recomendation. I cant believe how affordable this place is, and if to person who said the budtenders dont know the prices, obviously cant read! everything is priced.. and maybe they should have known the difference between med & rec. Deanz is AWESOME and I will continue traveling out of my way for the quality service and prices.

Location is a decent. The quality of meds seemed mediocre at best, the prices were outrageous for medical. Its unfortunate that these "rec" shops forget about the medical patients and program that paved the way. The budtender seemed as knowledgable, The person who Im assuming is the manager kept hovering and interrupting with her fake "nice" input. I dont know if she was trying to impress the customers that were in front of me or behind me, however I found her interruptions extremely rude. The flower selection wasnt enough to win over my first experience. I really had high hopes for this place.

Not the quality service it used to be. Older staff is stressed out. Newer staff has no clue what they are doing. Constant changes in procedure and store layout. I still come for the quality and prices, but I'd much rather shop somewhere else as of late.
