I placed an Order "ON LINE", intending to pick up in 2 days, as I am driving from out of state.
Intelligent people would assume placing an on-line Order would actually reserve the Order for reasonable
period of time. Not with these folks.
My Order was CANCELLED the next day, with no explanation and no apology.
These folks need better webmasters and/or better management people that know how to CLEARLY communicate the following, somewhere on their website On Line Ordering page, IN GIANT RED LETTERS:
"ALL ORDERS PLACED ON-LINE ARE SAME DAY PICKUP, ONLY, OR WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER"
That means: Online orders are to be placed, and picked up, the same day.
That is a ridiculous way of running an On-Line Order business.
Like, why bother placing a same day order?
