We live 2 hrs away. Went again to pick up order that was confirmed and they didn’t have it. But gave us what they had in jar. Next morning received email saying order cancelled. Called in and rude guy doesn’t have a reason and no time to talk to me but says it’s here come pick it up!! Not sure what’s happening here. But we drive a long ways to get what u say is confirmed and ready!!

It would be nice if they would not sell your product ordered and confirmed to someone else. Making you drive 70 plus miles for nothing. This has happened at least 3 times! Different Floyd’s but not cool!! If it wasn’t for the discount. ??

Curious why after I order. it says have it Confirmed your order getting it ready then never mind. Don’t have it! What a let down.

We ordered it we received two confirmations drove 80 ish miles To have girl at front say they dont have that strain!! Then received another text saying almost time to pick it up!!
