Waited outside for over 15 minutes. Staff basically shut door on me and said would be a minute they are at capacity. I waited 15 minutes until I rang bell and staff comes out yelling at me. I tried to explain that I was getting heat stroke since it is 100 degrees outside and I needed some water. I couldn't get even two words out when the staff kept cutting me off and yelling at me to deal with it and that Covid is doing this. They have posted that 10 people only are allowed in their waiting room. Within three minutes of me standing out there two people had already left. After 10 minutes the person that was right in front on me in line left. I still stood there 5 minutes and no one was coming out to help anyone. No one cared about the 15 people in line. By the way not once did I get an apology of any kind from any of the staff over this. I left because I was so sick feeling and ended up throwing up three times on my drive home. Now almost 12 hours later I am starting to feel somewhat better. So basically this place made me stand in line 15 minutes, get heat stroke, yelled at me for it and I got nothing out of it. I would never recommend the terrible customer service this place offers. When I called later I felt like they were blaming me for waiting for them instead of just leaving sooner. This showed me they do not value customer service at all. As far as I can figure they are so lazy they are waiting for all 10 people to buy and leave before they will let even one person in. Also during the 15 minute wait the person that had the nerve to yell at me for being upset brought in a bunch of food. I would assume while I was waiting they were all eating.
