Amazing across the board. I came to this dispensary after finally getting fed up with my old one and my god it's like night and day; every time I've called they've been helpful, every time I do curbside it's been quick, and they CONSTANTLY have sales, I haven't bought from them and not gotten at least 15% off. Highly recommend

This review has been a long time coming but finally my interactions today kind of pushed me past the breaking point. I frequent here because the deals are usually decent but to be honest the slew of other issues with the place kind of make the juice just not worth the squeeze. My biggest gripe is that ever since they introduced curbside pickup I really am just not comfortable trusting the associates with the transactions. It's happened more often than I'd like that they get the totals wrong and I dont realize till I get home or I even had one of the associates tell me that I could tip them if I wanted, a real mixed bag forcing me to feel like I have to be the one to Quality Control my service. Today my associate offered to use my bonus points towards my purchase which I didnt see any reason not to take them up on, only to find out that it canceled out my discount and I lost money. I called in to try and rectify the issue only to encounter what has stopped me getting help in the past; a single phone number with a prerecording on it that can lead you to three unmanned phone lines with full inboxes. Even if you do get through your mileage will vary here too, I had a defective cartridge a year ago and when I called the front desk to ask if it could be replaced with a functioning one the person manning the desk was incredibly rude and made me feel like if I did show back up it would be a cointoss if I would even be helped. If you have other dispensary options in your area I would recommend you consider them.
