I order online, exclusively. When I come to pick up my order, 8 out if 10 times. I am asked to go into the back. My order that is packaged and ready. Gets dumped out and repackaged. Then rang up so I can pay. I thought the point of online ordering was for speed and convenience. May not seem like a big deal to most. But it's the small details that make it break a positive customer experience. There have also been a few times, like today. When I have asked, why we have to go in the back. I've gotten a few answers as to why the person behind the online window can't help me. Today's excuse was, because he was on his lunch break. Lunch break at the customer greeting window? When I arrived and placed my card in the transfer tray. The gentleman didn't say a word. No greeting. No, I'm sorry, someone will be with you shortly. Nothing, just continued to stare at the computer screen and acting as if no one was there. I go to Curaleaf because the prices are good, for good medicine. As well as the convenience of the location. But I am currently searching for a replacement. If getting a meds is going to be an inconvenience. I may ad well look to another place
