Genuine people who care about their patients. I usually seek the lower donations since I am on a budget, however, even their "bottom shelf" medicates me, a daily smoker. Great meds selection, great people. The young lady who's usually there is very nice and knowledgeable . I forget her name, I do apologize. No BS at Uptown. Quality and compassion at its best. P.S I am a real patient, I am in no way a volunteer or aid upwton, I am simply a patient. Beware of over the top reviews written for other clubs, for they are written by volunteers themselves.

I wrote a review for this place like a week ago. I still havent seen it on here. Anyway, Ive noticed the reviews here are not accurate at all of the actual experience. I recommend you all look at who is writing these reviews that boast of the great service here. My experience with them was absolute crap. they never answer the phone and have horrible customer service. the people there are very rude. I AM AN ACTUAL PATIENT. NOT A VOLUNTEER ACTING UNDER A FALSE IDENTITY AND GIVING GENEROUS REVIEWS. THIS PLACE SUCKS!

I came in here two days ago, it was my first time. When I got there the two gentlemen working there took care of me from the very get-go. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about their product, laws, and basic facts on Prop 203. It felt great going into a facility and not having to make a "donation". This was my first time in an actual licensed dispensary and I will be back. The customer care and appreciation is better here than those compassion clubs. Being it was my first time, I received a free pre roll, which was bomb. Also picked up an 8th of some Kushberry. You talk about taste and delicious smell. this strain was it. Beautiful dense nugs with all all shades of green. Love the kushberry. Phoenix Relief is great. will be back again.

Blue Crack was bomb. and for 10 dollar donation for a gram is unmatched. Not really feeling the vibe there. The budtender seemed out of it. Also, the security guy needs to chill the fuck out. We know you're the security but remove the ugly expression from ur facial region.
