Unprofessional and arrogant. Visited tonight and was turned away. I arrived at 7:30 pm and was told the customers already in line needed to be served (there were about 10 people in front of me) and was very rudely told I wouldn't be served. I asked if they were still open until 8:00 pm, and the lady told me yes but that's when they leave not how long they actually serve people. Let's not forget how they treated their customers on 4/20. They decided to close that day and neglected to tell anyone. No sign on the door, nothing on their website, and didn't update their phone message. They had 50 customers waiting in line for hours and all for nothing. They are taking advantage of the limited choices in the Fort Collins area, and when there are more rec choices they will be exposed for the poor service and unprofessional attitude.
