Honestly this place is terrible this is my second review and I thought very highly of it until tonight. It’s disappointing because when you go in a dispensary you want to not feel hassled and rush and that’s just the first of issues tonight with the place. As soon as I arrive there Theres a small waiting area no bigger than a small bathroom and they have everyone in the waiting area in there. I understand it’s. A smaller location but that shouldn’t be how it’s ran if you really cared about your patients well being I understand the department of health doesn’t allow you to wait into he waIting area and they explained that to me but I have health issues and being that everyone is so close it’s kinda sad. Glenn is usually on point but tonight he dissapointed me I felt rushed I already waited 45 minutes in the small waiting room and I got rushed that’s why I don’t spend money there ever only on deals because it’s not worth the hassle and time I spend too much money to use my money at a place where I’ve had these issues happen I was leaving . The atmosphere was terrible in there a grown man got into a arguement with me in The waiting room when I intially arrived tthere and he didn’t even have his mask on. They need to train their employees better because the girl working the front desk said if it happens again I’m not aloud back Literally has no customer service skills she had short hair I forgot her name she was skinny she had a rude tune. That’s why I’ve only been there 2 times before this. I see why you guys don’t do a lot of business in Pensacola. Sucks it had to come to this but I hate trulieve and I’ve never had anything like this happen to me there jm highly dissapointed and frustrated with the process of my time there made me feel like I was wasting there time by asking questions and being myself and I’m not going to do business with a corporation that can’t have a normal waiting room or let me wait in the next room. Pretty sure people can get Covid in closer environments and your logic is to tell me the department of health Tells you this. I’m really over curaleaf and everyone there. Anyone reading this review go to suterra muv or for healthy or trulieve Or any other place won’t rush , you Won’t have people employees tell you if it happens again your not allowed to come back whenever the old man started it and he didn’t even have a mask on. The only time I would ever get soemtbing is when there deals other than that don’t waste your time energy money or gas going to this place because jn the end they talk a good game at the store but it’s all hype.
