I ordered off the medical menu AND showed my medical card yet they still charged me the recreational tax. When I brought that to their attention the best I was offered was a credit seeing as how all sales are final. I should have been offered a refund on the recreational tax but that was not an option. I didn’t get to see my receipt until AFTER I had paid. The mess up was on whoever filled the order and I’m disappointed in how it was handled. I don’t plan on going back there. That was not putting the customer first.

I have been here a few times and it is always fairly quick and easy to get what I need. I love the set up of the store!

Dana was super friendly, she made the experience just like shopping with an old friend! I will definitely be back as customer service is so important to me! Their prices are incredibly fair!

The customer service was awful. When told they would make it right, they did not. Tried to go a second time to give them another chance, it was just as disappointing. Very unfortunate.

Andrea was super helpful and made my first time there super easy despite all the extra precautions in place. I didn’t feel rushed and had 100% of her attention! The products have been great so far and the prices were awesome!
