The medication and the staff rock this dispensary! Excellent meds and awesome advice.

"Seems to me that you may have more of an issue with our dispensary than our meds... I know our meds will never be dry, we keep them at 68% humidity to ensure a nice even smoke. Our favorites around here tend to be OGs def not a flavor for everyone. Our patients know and will read the other reviews, yours sticks out like a crying baby on an airplane to Vegas. We always try to correct any issue a patient may have, but it looks like there is no fixing your issue. As a patient looking for a location to obtain my medicine, I read reviews before making the drive but the way in which you have addressed a complaint is less than professional to say the least. If I were the patient who posted the reply to which you responded, I would be looking to make it be known to the state. "We" patients are not purchasing a baggie off someone in the back ally, we are tax paying, credited medical marijuana patients and should be treated as such. If you don't wish to be a dispensary that cares for it's patients, then get out of the business and back in the ally where you have customers instead of patients. Unbelievably rude and very disappointing.

Awesome location to my home! Beautifully decorated but the front office folks say hi and then go back to talking amongst themselves. Once in the back the privacy and knowledge in the staff ROCKS! Well done! The proble is the medication quality has gone thru the floor. When you first opened, the meds were top notch and what you saw, is what you got. This last time I was in, what I saw was not what I got. I prefer to have my medication weighed in front of me, not something I could purchase out of a vending machine that might be months old.

Picked up some medicine from SWELL because of the task ahead of undecorating the house and how I physically feel afterwards. The blue cheese I got did the trick and I am almost done with the work. Physical relief without knocking me out mentally. Well done SWELL!

The kind of reviews that are being left here at Leafly for Bloom are making me leery of making the trip downtown to see the facility. A few months back Bloom was all the rage but using cannabis for medicinal purposes requires that it be pest free. Pests or chemicals in cannabis is not a benefit for the patient, in fact if you have a compromised immune system it can do more harm than good. Cannabis in it's pure form is an incredible medical aide but only when it is 'clean'. I will watch the reviews to see if a visit is worth the drive as it sounds like the facility and the staff are awesome.

I am still not sure how I fell of the schedule but CP took care of it as soon as I let them know. Tyler was great service on the fly but the patient relationship that Trevor offered is greatly missed. I do hope he is still with CB for it would be a great loss if he wasn't.
