After much anticipation, I finally took the 1.5hr bus ride to the boynton beach sunnyside location to shop as a first time visitor. I was warmly greeted and the entire staff (Jay, Jose and Thiago) were glowing and appeared genuinely excited to have me as a first time customer and willingness to answer any question I asked. That was probably the best and only good part about my visit. As a dispensary I dont understand if its just consistency issues or what because ive seen images of great looking flower come from sunnyside. They had a good amount of strains out to see and smell. I remember pacing back and forth and looking at the flower and it was honestly the most unappealing flower as far as bag appeal out of any dispensary Ive been to yet. But I didnt want to entirely judge it yet. Smells were non existent obviously after being exposed for so long. I do specifically remember though while peering with my budtender, noting a strain on display was one i had ordered for pickup. The first comment after noting i had ordered that strain, was how premature and unappealing it looked. Dont Worry I was assured by the budtender, what i would be getting was fresh and amazing. Plus they bumped up the first time 40% off to 50%off so I was optimistic. Well.....I ended up buying over an ounce of various strains. I tried the Dark Rainbow, Sunset Sherbet, and apple and banana strains in the smalls. I made sure to pick the ones not on sale and most expensive to get an idea of their smalls best quality,. Never again...... All three of those strains smell and taste were exactly the same with that pungent leathery terpene. And even more upsetting than the bizarre consistent taste is the bogus obviously inflated thc numbers. The smalls were all premature MIDS is what it is. I paid good money for MIDS. No visible trichrome really, no stalks or heads, completely undeveloped all the way through, its garbage. And one of them had mold and i took pictures and contacted support and days later given a generic message to bring back to the store. Yea right, like im spending another 3 hours on a bus to get there to either be rejected or allowed to exchange it for something else equally upsetting. And the thing that really really infuriated me, I specifically asked the budtender what their absolute best brand and best looking strain available was. I was confidently told the FLORACAL Slurricrasher Mints at 29.7% THC. For real? This flower sells normally for $49 an eighth..... Even this was the most disappointing top cut flower id ever had before. I thought Sanctuary had the crappiest flower until I tried Sunnyside. Never a call no one offered to make anything right whatsoever for me. Even the loyalty program I spent n hour screwing with trying to get verification codes to verify my phone and account. That doesnt work either never sends a code never addressed by my support contact to them. So missing loyalty points. Not that i have any desire to waste my recs again on an almost sure loss. The littles I get from Muv are not only cheaper but have way way better size buds and trichrome visibility. Even trulieve puts this to shame after the stuff I got. I was hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt but clearly after reaching out many times about this and no response here i am. Would be nice if they would offer anything to fix this because i am farrrrrr from happy. This was Order# 23145178 Phone verification doest work wont send codes to confirm. The bags all the smalls in are such poor quality every one of mine tore and lost the ability to seal within an hour of having. I really dont understand how I got stuck with such poor quality and looking flower. Everything Id seen online and reddit looked very promising yet looked absolutely nothing like what I received. Never before have I felt so disappointed with a medical purchase. And....a week later, still waiting for them to respond to my inquiries.
