The Bud-tenders are rude. Almost every time I have gone in to this store (minus when they were a smaller operation) if I have had a question they treat me and my friend like we are complete idiots. While taking orders they interrupt each other to talk about things other than what the customer IN FRONT of them needs. The nicest person in the store to us is usually the guy that first checks our IDs. When we mentioned to them that the menu goes so fast it is hard to see let alone try to remember what is on it. Their response? We should go online and look at the menu before we get there and not worry about the menu they have at the store location. ok, thats a great idea and all, but It would still be nice to see the friggin' menu, that is there so you don't oh, I don't know, need to go and look at the menu BEFORE you get to the store. I am not always going to have a chance or even think to go online to check it out before I get there. WTF? I DO & WILL happily drive to Prosser or Oregon for better service AND better Mary Jane.
