I had the most outstanding customer service experience with Indoor Treez two days ago! I had walked passed the dispensary on my way home from work and made a mental note to check it out online when I got home. When I did, I saw that they offered delivery for an incredibly reasonable price. I was working from home the next day and had a TON to do, so I figured it would be the perfect time to test out their delivery service. Turns out, Indoor Treez was still getting ready to launch their delivery service, and somehow the website accidentally allowed me to do it early. After 2 hours had gone by and I noticed the tracker updated to "delivered" without receiving the product, I called the store and was able to talk to the owner (Wesim). When he informed me of what happened, I was totally happy to just come down to the store later that afternoon when work slowed down to pick up. This is where Wesim went so above and beyond - he offered to personally drop off my small order! I was totally blown away by how kind this was and was so grateful for his commitment to his customers. He was incredibly sweet and made me feel like a priority. It definitely left an impact! I will 1000% be making Indoor Treez my dispensary of choice in NYC. The weed was bomb, and the customer service was next level. Can't recommend enough!
