This was the most dissapointing dispensary visit I've had to date. I was so excited to finally check this place out last night as the flower, concetrate, storefront, etc. looked fantastic. Front desk representative was nice but once we got to the back the service was downright abysmal. My girlfriend and I were looking to get a vape pen and a cartridge to go with it. Since we had no experience with a vape pen we intended to ask some basic questions before we made a purchase. The bud tender who helped us seemed completely disinterested and basically didn't answer a single one of our questions. Us: "So what is the difference between these different cartridges? Is the flavor, high, effects, quality, any different?" Budtender: "Uhhh it's all kinda the same. It's a head high" Us: "Okay do you have any preferences or can you make a recommendation?" Budtender: "They are all kinda the same. This one tasts a little like lemon." It went on like this for a couple of minutes and he ended up just walking away to go behind the register without saying a word. Didn't ask if we had any other questions, offer any suggestions, or provide any other good information. He never talked to us again. We decided we weren't going to make a purchase from somewhere that the customer service was so subpar. We decided to take our business to one of our favorite dispensaries and the budtender answered all of our questions and gave us a ton of detailed information about all the different cartridges. I have never walked out of a dispensary without buying anything. This was dissapointing for us since we haven't had an experience like this at any of the dispensaries we have paid a visit to. Atmosphere was cool. The place seems high end and I liked the layout but that is about it from this trip. My girlfriend put it perfectly after we left: "Well, we won't ever need to come here again.".

I have never written a review before but I had to after visiting this dispensary. Super short wait, very comfortable atmosphere, convenient location and friendly staff. I worked with Sam when I came in, he listened to what me and my girlfriend wanted and suggested what would work best. He went out of his way to explain all the differences in the strains and what the effects will be. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and had great customer service skills. This is so rare today in not only dispensaries but any retail store. This place is a gem! Give Sam a raise! After leaving my girlfriend said: "That place was amazing we don't need to go anywhere else." We will definitely be back!
