Full 0 because I got the worst full blown foul treatment here. I buy a product, The Torch Disposable Vape, these were fire they really were and I have bought like 20 in a row from a few different dispo’s. I buy one here, and as I’m pulling into my neighborhood in Goodyear which is a 25-30 min drive I notice that the box had been opened and the clear circle seal wasn’t on with a little rip in the box, and there is a different strain of the pens. I know this because they put a T on each pen and they make it the color of the box and strain they assigned. So I was supposed so get Guava Gelato with a pink T which I have again purchased 25+ times always has the pink T, I get one with a yellow T. The box had been opened and the pen switched! I call in and the manager tells me that all the boxes don’t have the seal, I said I just bought one a week ago and it sure did have the seal, regardless the product is not the correct product which I believe is illegal I’m not sure but either way it’s as foul and ridiculous of a thing a dispensary can do; only to tell me I have to drive all the way back to get an exchange, why would I want an exchange if you have opened all the boxes? Pathetic excuse for customer service but the worst thing is YOU OPENED A SEALED BOX AND SWITCHED THE PRODUCT. That is definitely as shady as you can be. Lost one customer as easy as that. Nobody go here, if they are willing to do this that says they are willing to do anything. If you can’t trust the product you’re paying money for is real and the product you expect just for it not to be is pathetically ridiculous and unprofessional.

The young lady who answered the phone was very helpful, continued to apologize for the short amount of time it took but she was nothing but courteous. Plus I cannot complain with 40% off first patients visit.

I only gave 2 stars by the young lady I spoke to was very polite and up beat. However, DONT HAVE PRODUCTS ON YOUR LEAFLY MENU IF YOU DO NOT HSVE THEM IN STOCK. That is so unprofessional and it’s definitely false advertisement. Shouldn’t be that difficult to update it but apparently you don’t care that much.
