There are no pre order lines so you have to wait if they have 2 people only can help 2 people at a time. But if I pre ordered I want my stuff and go . Not wait for you to solicit walk-ins. Take care of the people who been supporting your business. New customers are great but on 5/20 I walked out of your business because I pre ordered and when I got to the dispensary it was 2 people working behind counter and was only helping 2 people. I waited 10 minutes that’s it I didn’t plan my Saturday to be sitting in a dispensary. Pick up and go like cureleaf, I should not be stressed, catching an anxiety attack while waiting for my medication and I pre ordered. So the way I felt today at your dispensary it would be along time before I even go back. Right now I had to go to another state ( Connecticut) botanist and I don’t care about that taxes . And it’s only going to get worse at be.Hudson it’s only medical now if they don’t fix this waiting problem, once you allow recreational it’s going to be a mad house. The dispensary only equipped to help 2 patients at a time
