I REALLY wanted to like this place. I waited a long time for a dispensary to open in the area. I've been here a few dozen times and have officially given up. The proximity to my home isn't worth the bad customer service. Most of the budtenders can't tell you anything about the strains they sell. One night, the two employees there could only tell me a particular strain was an indica and that meant it might make me sleepy. I asked for more information and neither had any clue, not even what strains it was bred from (though they eventually offered to Google it, smh). The last straw was the guy with the smiley face hand tattoo. After having to wait by the front door for several minutes to have my ID checked, I made the mistake of giving feedback -they should have a menu by the door so people could look at it while they wait. He didn't appreciate that and snapped at me that they were busy, customers had moved the menu, and they hadn't had a chance to put it back. Again, I've been there a few dozen times. There has never been a menu at the front where you wait. The next time I went in, he finished helping a customer then ignored me while he just stood behind the counter. I finally had to ask him if he was available after an employee working in the glass section asked why I was waiting (and then he gave me lots of attitude again). I'll be driving the extra couple miles to a dispensary with good customer service from now on.
