I was there on 6/4/19. I used the Leafly app to place order. That seemed fine. When I arrived I expected that there would be no line to wait in as you advertise "avoid the lines." I asked why you have to wait in a line (3 ppl ahead of me in medical line). A man then said sarcastically that you "have to pay for it" and rolled his eyes at another employee. I use NETA express all the time, NEVER a line for Medical. I mean NEVER. They can have 75 ppl for recreational but always put MEDICAL FIRST.
There were to windows open for legal with no one in them and my pre order with Leafly sitting on counter. Anyway I waited my turn. Finally go to line and then there was some issue with their ATM transactions. The person helping me had to call for 3 different managers to assist. No one could figure it out. My card was swiped 2x and then I had to GET BACK IN THE MEDICAL LINE and wait from someone to finish ahead of me so they could use that register. At this point I had been there 1/2 hour when I thought I'd be there less than 5 minutes. Also b/c they tried my ATM Card 3x before the transaction finally went through I was charged 3 ATM FEES. Total of $12 of UNECESSARY charges. It was ridiculous. It took a total of about 35 minutes there to get ripped off. I could not believe it. I understand they are going through some growing pains but he customer service for medical is poor at best. I will not go back. I suggest seeing how NETA does it b/c it runs like an apple store.
