For Gold Canyon, Mesa, Gilbert $30 minimum $5-10 delivery up to $100 in donations, free delivery after that.
Queen Creek, Tempe, Scottsdale and Chandler only $10 delivery fee up to $140 in donations, free deliveries after that! Min of $70 in donations.
