Low Sugar - This bar has one fourth of the sugar content of a normal milk chocolate bar and a significantly lower glycemic index, meaning eating it causes less of a spike in blood sugar than a normal chocolate bar. This can be very helpful for patients that need to control their blood sugar levels, as well as patients that are simply more conscientious about their sugar intake.
Low Calorie- While not a strictly low calorie option, this chocolate bar has significantly fewer calories than a chocolate bar made with traditional sugar.
