I bought a Pax 3 for $250+ and two months later the oven began to move downward in its chamber, causing the vape to decrease. I let Pax Labs know what was wrong to see if they could repair it, and they told me it did not fall under the 10 year warranty (I’ve had it two months) because the issue was caused by “accidental damage.” I don’t know what “damage” they’re referring to, since it’s been lightly used and cleaned and hasn’t had any “damage” beyond normal use. They did offer me a $25 coupon toward another purchase (less than 10% discount) but after spending $250+ for the device only to have it for two months, the thought of giving them any more money is an absolute joke. Their product is junk, their customer service is horrible, and they don’t stand by their product or their warranty. Do not buy.
They don't say it's the Apple of Vaporizers for nothing. Thing is beautiful and just works. Definitely something you love pulling out in front of people who have never seen it. They use marvel at it as they realize just how far smoking/vaping devices have come. I own Pax 1, 3 and Era. I'm absolutely a fan.
