Z Cannabis Company is an American manufacturing company based in Wichita, Kansas. In the fall of 2020 with Commercial aerospace travel down well over 90%, the company recognized the need to diversify. During a lunch meeting, ideas were shared and it was decided to use our Aerospace Engineering and Manufacturing skills to design and manufacture innovative products of the highest quality for both wholesale and retail Cannabis industries.

First and foremost, all our blades are made from FDA grade titanium and our blades are assembled into our grinders AFTER the other aluminum components are colored anodized (others are made from a single piece of aluminum and their blades are cut into the piece, then everything then gets color anodized meaning as the aluminum blades wear, you are smoking aluminum dust and anodize chips. (Look at a well-used grinder and you will see exactly what we are talking about)

Another design element is at the point where our upper body meets the lid we have machined in ridges to self clean the lid and prevent product from building up between the lid and the upper body. With other grinders the product builds up which leads to hard turning and seizing up (you know what we are talking about)

Internally we have added machined radii to allow product to fall easily into the appropriate chamber which reduces the buildup around the inside of the grinder.

We changed the micron size of the screen which allows more keef to actually reach your keef can. Our screen also reduces buildup of product on the screen (note: we don’t include a guitar pick or plastic blade/brush to try to clean the screen-we actually fixed the problem)

Again back to the titanium blades, yes titanium is way more expensive than aluminum and creating an assembly cost more than machining the blades into a single piece of aluminum, however if you are looking for a grinder that has titanium hard and sharp teeth, creates a fine fluffy consistency of your product, and prevents you from ingesting foreign debris your search is over. The Fillz-n-Pack’r manufactured by Z Cannabis, produces a pre rolled tightly packed cone of your favorite product with minimal effort and maximum consistency. Our product has been designed and engineered by our staff not only for convenience, but for excellence.  Convenient and easy to use, all you need to do is drop in your preferred brand of 1-1/4” (83mm or 84mm) paper cone, add your product, pack, and burn. Proudly made in the USA from Aerospace grade billet aluminum, the Fillz-n-Pack’r is strong, durable and can accompany you wherever the party takes you. Our close tolerance design utilizing our stainless-steel packing tool assures a tightly condensed pack, other products on the market are cheaply made of plastic and nylon and use a cardboard straw to pack a loosely held cone.

Fillz-N-Pack’r is a Cone Loader & Packer. Funnel Tool for Classic Size 1-1/4 Cones. 

The Grindz-n-Pack'r is the 2nd generation of our initial offering the Fillz-n-Pack'r however with the Grindz-n-Pack'r you have the ability to grind your product and fill your cone at the same time. No messing around picking up your product off a rolling tray or the table to load your cone. Just twist off the Grinder portion to pack your cone with our Pack'r tool and twist the Grinder back on to grind more 

Grindz-n-Pack’r gives you a perfect packed cone every time assuring a dense, flavorful, slow burn of your favorite product or herb (no canoeing, no air pockets). Please note the Grindz-n-Pack’r holds the cone so securely that it is easy to pack the cone too tightly. It may take a few times to master the perfect pack.
