My budtender was incredibly polite and respectful, taking the time to answer all my questions and offer helpful recommendations without any rush. Their knowledge and friendly demeanor made the whole process very comfortable. I also want to commend the store manager and the overall customer service and support. It's clear they prioritize their customers, ensuring a welcoming environment and top-notch assistance. Any questions or concerns were handled efficiently and with genuine care. They are excellent at replacing your product with something as close to what you asked for if they don't have enough to cover your order. I have ordered some prerolls online a couple of times now and they were short by one or two but made sure to give me a product very close to what I asked for. Always friendly and welcoming. I just moved to Longview and this quickly became my go to spot just based on the service with a smile and atmosphere.

I love this place. I live downtown and make the drive out here. The staff is wonderful and you can’t beat the flower prices.

The line was a little slow since one budtender there were 2 .. decided to take her break at a very busy time 6 people in line... I understand break time is important but customer service in a very busy day .should be as important .

Found this Gem dispensary and am so glad i did. The flower they have from culture farms is amazing. Old school GSC strains so yummy you will go back for more.

It's a small location. Not alot to stand back and browse. Budtenders are always sociable and knowledgeable about different strains. I love the fact that we have a dispensary right in our neighborhood. It's a good thing!

While Phresh is closed please please please do not go to Total Herbal choice. They want Phresh to fail and are bragging that they took some of Phresh's vendors and one of their workers. Please go anywhere else and tell your friends that Total Herbal Choice is a horrible and despicable place to go.

Lived on the block for a long time but never checked out EL Alberta until I moved away. Now its my go to stop when I run my errands in the old neighborhood to see my doctor or grab some beans at case study since they are all on the same block. I usually stock up on top shelf prerolls and edibles here that I don’t normally see in some other stores. Gotta add I love their lighters. Never had a bad experience other than sometimes a short wait due to the store size but 5/5 in my opinion.
