absolutely the worst shop, I've been inside... terrible vibes no way to look at dabs except as if you wrote in a museum. Lady helping me scoffed and dissapeared... so I did too... didn't even purchase anything and would never go back.

the budtenders try to be nice so that's cool. their menus are a bit unorganized, and prices are quite high for the area. they have high quality weed, but it's really hard to find what you are looking for as things are labeled "cosmic" and "groovy" and the budtenders had a hard time describing the differences.
it's a well painted shop but such a weird vibe inside.

I ordered a couple different edibles and a couple oil cartridges through dutchie delivery. Everything was good, except one of the cartridges I received was made and tested on September 2019, meaning it's 2.5 years old (2/26/2021) at this point. Obviously it has lost flavor and potency by now, as it is recommended to used a vape cartridge within 6-9 months for maximum potency. I called to see if I could return/exchange for a newer cartridge, and they told me that they couldn't do it just because it's old, so I'm stuck with it. They shouldn't be selling product that old, and it's not cool they are ok with losing a customer over it. There are a lot of options out there with dispensaries that care about the quality of their product. Ill shop at one of those dispensaries in the future.

Horribly mismanaged and poorly ran dispensary. Have spent thousands of dollars on product from their store via Dutchie Delivery and tonight when I ordered a half hour before close, was sent a cancellation notice. So I called to find out why to which the person on the phone had no clue and was ready to hang up, I asked them to put their manager on so I could get some resolve. Kyle answered, and Kyle sounded just like a Kyle should sound. Clueless. 19. and ready to go home and play video games. Kyle also had no answer as to why I was 86'd from their store other than a note of 'bad interaction with bud tender' even tho I have tipped EVERY bud tender who arrives $5 and greet them with a smile. My only guess is they simply don't like traveling to the south side of town and paying to park. Period. What kind of amateur hour are you guys running over there where you 'ban' loyal and consistent customers?

Love coming here for high CBD stuff, particularly Astral Works (sp?) great in cart and flower form. Good vibes and good options for CBD stuff, especially edibles.

Lived on the block for a long time but never checked out EL Alberta until I moved away.
Now its my go to stop when I run my errands in the old neighborhood to see my doctor or grab some beans at case study since they are all on the same block.
I usually stock up on top shelf prerolls and edibles here that I don’t normally see in some other stores. Gotta add I love their lighters.
Never had a bad experience other than sometimes a short wait due to the store size but 5/5 in my opinion.

I've been an Electric Lettuce med patient for years. Weidler is my main location. The organization has grown and I've been to a couple shops. I have not been to Alberta. Electric Lettuce prices are higher than most but they have sales and product that I can't get other places. I wanted to get a specific strain but Weidler no longer has. Showed at Alberta with delivery and debit cards. I incorrectly assumed debit for delivery so didn't have to manage cash. I had trouble ordering. Couldn't get to my login and loyalty. Wouldn't let me add a med card. So I called the shop. The guy budtender either couldn't or wouldn't help. Told me I was in their system from 2017. Even though I was at the Weidler location last month for 4/20 and spent $800. We both became frustrated. I am deaf and don't do well on the phone but when confused and frustrated, I get loud. I tried to explain to the budtender I am not meaning to yell and just want to talk with someone who can help figure this out. I'll get as much cash as I can and have delivered but want my loyalty to reflect a $500+ purchase so I have $50 off next time. He said I was the customer he'd been warned about and hung up on me. WTF??!! So I called back and asked for the manager. She was even less helpful. I asked why the system isn't linked across the locations. She didn't have a response. Asked me what I wanted her to do. So I told her to F'off and hung up. Not my proudest moment but again WTF??!! Looked at the reviews for this location trying to find a contact to escalate and see that this location has several reviews like this. Very disappointing that this location is the reason Electric Lettuce will be losing a med customer with a $1K mo habit. Guess they don't need the business. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not shop here or any Electric Lettuce.

Out of state med patient recommended by my brother. This was the only shop that carried both my preferred edibles and the heavy sativa I wanted. Shop was small, but service was great...budtender was helpful. Flower was fire and helped keep me pain-free!

When I arrived after pre-ordering at ~9:30 I was told by an employee at 9:52 that they closed at 9:50, despite their official website and Google page saying they closed at 10. They told me that the website said 9:50 and insisted I was wrong. I showed them their website, and they told me that it was *actually* a third-party website that has the accurate closing time (and that this website says 9:45, still 5 minutes before they allegedly close?) and despite only picking up a pre-order, and seeing no mention of this at any point between making my order, placing it, and being told that it was ready, and being shown no evidence that what I was being told was accurate, they refused to complete my order though it would have taken less time than our back and forth. I was shocked by their "customer service" when they refused to take responsibility for their error and honor my order. This experience was very frustrating, and reflects poorly on the professionalism of this establishment
