Lume Cannabis Co - Petersburg

This business reached out to me after I submitted an application via indeed. I went to the interview and was offered the position at a later date. I showed up on time and ready for each of my shifts. The first 3 days of training were held in the corner of an ice cold warehouse with no instruction or instructor just an ipad and 8 hours of video a day. Once I learned the ropes I was then continuously sexually harassed by a few of the women on the staff. They appeared to react negatively to me wanting to take my job seriously. I was polite and professional throughout the entire time the harassment was ongoing. The last day I worked for this business I decided to come in rather than call off sick with an 102 fever severely ill from a fellow co worker who announced she had strep throat but decided to come into work anyway. Even with all those efforts, I was contacted today before my shift to let me know I was being "fired" do to "financial reasons". A clear line used when the real reason you are firing someone is below board, like they wont have romantic relations with other coworkers. I have never experienced an unprofessional environment such as this in my entire working life. I saw several new employees get fired because managment "didnt like them" or "thought they knew everything". Which is the same way that they speak about you customers when youre not around!! These folks are school children playing a toxic game of high school lunch table and they call it running a business! Go ahead and go shop for yourself and find out. Or take my word and skip it! PS! They upper management has a plethora of little cameras hidden all over this place video/audio that they actively watch remotely and then have conversations with you about things you never said to them! SO CREEPY!!! I wouldn't be surprised if theres a few hidden in the bathrooms! The energy of this place is off!!!

I was accused of lying and told that I didn't make a purchase after the initial staff had not only apologized for missing items but knew which items! I am horrified that I have been going here for almost 5 years and today someone is feels they can get over on an out-of-towner! I tried to call repeatedly and was hung up on three times after being called a liar! The staff here needs retraining and big fixes!

First of all, non of the dispensarys use floor salesmen anymore, but lume does. That why I order online.. LUME MANAGEMENT SAVED ME ALOT OF MONEY WHEN THEY LET ME KNOW THAT WEED DOES NOT EXPIRE. LOL. They sold me a 8th that was tested 18 months ago. Thank you lume

Ordered expensive Indica pods for their proprietary vape but when I got there they said they didn't have what I ordered or any Indica at all. I thought they held the orders you place but apparently they just fill them when you get there.
