Went in on Christmas for the first time because they were open. Excellent customer service, every person working was awesome and kicked ass. The WiFi OG, though a bit spendy, is probably the best weed I've smoked in the last 30 years. You have a new loyal customer. Thanks for the candy cane and water too!

The Guide Meridian location is great and beautiful, but for some reason your Iron Street just seems a bit more personal. Great service from Karry too!!!

Friendly staff that always seems to be in a good mood. happy to answer your questions and find the bud to suit you. I wish it was easier to look at/smell the bud. even though the guy helping me was happy to pull anything out I wanted to take a closer look at, I felt bad to inconvenience him. I'm a slow shopper and when I need stuff pulled out to look at it can be hectic I'm sure when it's busy. thanks for your patience though, was good stuff! good job sticking with local 502 growers. obviously will shop here gain when I'm in the area!

Everyone is really friendly and knowledgeable at this location. The place is very clean and professional looking. Sometimes I find the staff to be a little over the top helpful and should maybe lighten up a bit because sometimes it doesn't seem as sincere. Overall a great establishment!

This place was awesome. I had a million questions as this was my first time in a shop like this and they had answers for all of them. The sales associates were wonderful and very knowledgeable. They had a huge variety of product and the prices are very reasonable! Will definitely shop here again!!

2020 is the shit. First dispensary I came to in Bellingham, and even after looking at some other places, I always come back here. Everyone who works at 2020 solutions is helpful and kind and they answer all of my questions. Some of their strains are expensive (but amazing), and I always come in for their awesome deals (5 grams for $50 is my go-to when it's too hard to make decisions). I've only had great experiences here.

Friendly and professional. The store is clean and the parking convenient. As you enter, someone kindly checks your ID and sends you on to a friendly bud tender who will help you out The only knocks on this place aren't its fault: 1) variety of product is low but sufficient. There's generally something for everyone and every need. I expect this will get better as more recreational growers get going. 2) cost is still 200-350% marked up from "street" prices. This too should go down with more growers.

2020 is great! The facility is air conditioned, well lit, and very modern and clean looking. The staff is always super friendly and they certainly know all things cannabis. I come here at least once a week, if not two or three. The punch card works like a charm, so start spending!

Easy to find. Clearly marked. immediately greeted and referred to a team member. Stated my preference . Discussed my choices- several- made my selection, stamped my card, talked about how I like the -2020- alerts that come to my phone, said thanks and left. I felt safe shopping here. When I arrived home I did inhale and was sure I had shopped at the right source. Thank-You

Nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The donation prices are out of their control, and I'm sure they will come down a bit once the market smoothens out. Quality buds, and once again, great staff. The customer service experience was phenomenal.
