I am so happy that I found this professional and compassionate dispensary. I attended their OMMP registration clinc with Dr. D and now I have continued on as loyal customer. Loren spent and spends hours on educating both patients and caregivers on the benefits and effects of medical marijuana. I had no idea that marijuana could be used to treat illnesses without the patients getting high. I learned about the Indica to Sativa continuum and how to medicate safely but effectively throughout my day. I read here where a reviewer thought the staff was "STONED" and had to laugh because of his lack of respect for other patients' rights. Thank you 2nd Step!

The Staff and products at 2nd Step are top notch. The location is very welcoming and easy to get to. Overall I would have to say by far the best dispensary in Salem!

They have a wide selection of quality medicine; which is why, 2nd Step is always my first stop. They also have a very polite, helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable crew, and they always make me feel glad to be a customer there. two thumbs up!

2nd Step Dispensary is a good place to buy your product. Again, no guarantee of quality or flavor. The only thing I didn't like about the place is that everyone was STONED. I couldn't get a straight answer from the people there.

What can I say - 2nd Step is THE PLACE to go! Since I started there, the staff is a bunch of great people, the location is very handy and also very well taken care of in and out. The stock is well kept up with a great variety of goods on the menu. I tried a Lunch Box Alchemy Squib Gummy 'Orange' today and I'll give it the Thumbs UP - good flavor and nice, mellow effect. The CO2's I use do great for my Epilepsy and Fractured Spine. Unless your out of town, this is THE PLACE to go for your cannabis needs!!! GO BEAVS

I like this place, every time i go in there always friendly. The flowers are real nice and have good quality oils. Since i live out of town i get a discount which was a cool perk, but id come here if i didn't.

High quality meds. super friendly and knowledgable staff. They have a 10% discount for out of towners. They are also great at making sure the paperwork is legit, not only for their good but so you won't get hassled on your way home if you happen to get stopped.

Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Clean environment and very polite. So happy i can count on them for all my medical needs.

I am a newbie to MMJ but 1st Step Clinic and 2nd Step Dispensary made my decision to improve my health easier. My initial clinic appointment with Dr. Dossey was handled with professionalism and kindness. The staff and Mr. Kruesi went out of their way to help me and took the time to answer my questions even though they were clearly very busy. My visits to the dispensary were the same - smiling, soft spoken, knowledgeable staff who took their time answering my questions. Both clinic and dispensary are well organized and clean. I was diagnosed with a painful chronic illness six months ago and am still trying to wrap my head around that and accept it so I was anxious when I first entered the clinic and dispensary but met with only considerate, nonjudgemental people. After much research, my decision to change from pharmaceuticals to MMJ was an easy one but Nature Quest has made the transition smoother for me. Thank you K

This first-class dispensary recently added a very nice, aluminum ramp to the front door. The ramp is easy to navigate and push up. The meds are top rate, but the best part is the knowledgeable and friendly, professional staff.
