Owner is now refusing to put products online so he can make more money off of them in the store owner and manager are targeting certain customers my eyes and ears are everywhere

Need improvement w online menu. Offer discount when ordering online however many products aren’t even on the menu. What’s up with that?

Went in to get a cartridge..when I went in there's was one person left prior to me so I walked to see the cartridges and literally didn't get helped for 15 mins got asked if I was ready said yea walked towards the counter and the lady walked away to help someone else... after another 5 mins of seeing people getting helped I just left... nobody was clear on if I was doing it wrong or anything very rude people screw this place I will travel to east gate from now on this isn't the first issue I've had at this place either .... and on top of my poor experiences they treated my father in law like crap too.

The space is really big and so I was thinking it was going to be a solid experience. Unfortunately, I was pressured to buy things I was not interested in. When I finally got to look at the dabs, they were are on melted to the side of the container. When I tried to explain the issue with this, I felt like they scolded me like I was being an asshole for wanting dabs that are not fully melted and hard to get out of the container and use as a result.

Staff is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable 👌

I only come to walla walla to visit my grandparents and to my pleasant surprise they had a huge selection of edibles and pre rolls. This is a huge shop

it's a great location easy to find went there today an the young lady that helped me she was a EXCELLENT worker she has waited on me before an i loved it she knows the products thanks again

What a circus in there. between the people working there talking bad about each other to their system of lines before more lines, this is not a well run store. I recently moved here and I pray all of the stores around here are not this much of fiasco.

This store wouldn't stand by their sale deal. Claimed that there was nothing they could do.

Quite a bit below what is reasonable to expect upon visiting a cannabis clinic. This was my first and last time coming here.

Just came in here and got told off for asking "too many" questions. Dude here has some attitude. As though asnwering questions is not his job. SMH

The worst experience I have ever had at a weed store. Not sure how they are in business.

Looking at the most recent reviews and it only confirms that I should have read their reviews before coming. The budtender I got seemed almost on the verge of tears or something. Girl needs a hug. But I was just trying to get some weed and it made it feel like a lot of drama to ask to look at something.
