amazing prices
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I didn’t like the fact that i was quoted prices on Leafly and when i got to CuraLeaf they pretended to have no idea what i was talking about. They initially “couldn’t find my order”. So they found the items based on my order confirmation on my phone. He(i think his name was Mitch) then proceeded to ring everything up and give some ridiculous price WAAAAYYYY more then what i was quoted!!(well over $100). Im like WHOA!!! No no no! That’s not right. So i show him the price quote. And it turns out that there are discrepancies in the prices that Leafly quoted. So they had to “manually adjust” literally all of the prices. Whatever. Do what you gotta do. My total was $59 on Leafly and i ended up paying $76 after it was said and done(and with $3 in points from my ONE previous visit. So it was really $79.) And i payed with a card that was a whole situation too! Ugh! The price seemed high but as a local i know that places on/near the strip are rip offs and ridiculous with taxes. So, again im like whatever cause at this point I’ve been there for 30 minutes and this has taken WAY too much time. I didn’t sign up for all of these shenanigans. But as i drove home it kept nagging me, and nagging me. Something told me to look at my receipt. And upon doing so i realized that the adjustments did not equal up to what i was quoted. There was about a $6 difference in the total, which means the taxes and everything were thrown off. I typically don’t f%*k with strip dispensaries, but they had a sale on the edibles($8 for 100mg)and my partner wanted them, so i made an exception. I was highly disappointed in this experience. As a company you should honor the prices that are quoted on this site, or just don’t use the site to do business if you can’t get your prices together. This was the worse dispensary experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been here since before weed was legal. I also called to see if i can speak to a manager. I was told by some chick that “there was no manager on duty”(clearly they need one) and that she would take my name and number and have someone contact me, but of course i never heard back from anyone. Am I really surprised? NO! Because they already have my money. So they could care less. But it’s cool. I’ll never spend another penny there i can promise you that. And I’ll throw dirt on their name every chance i get. Yall need to do better, and that goes for Leafly too, because you played a roll in this debacle. I don’t care about the money(although i do care about being ripped off, and sure maybe i would have rather spent it on a iced caramel macchiato). But the bottom line is, It’s about principal and professionalism and clearly there was a lack of both today.

I felt like I was rushed honestly, but the good prices they have, I'm not that surprised. There were alot of people there when I went about 1:30 in the afternoon.

This is the only dispensary I go to. Anytime I stay I'm not as satisfied. They have a large inventory of good product and price ranges.

My all time favorite place to buy my fresh flower from, especially on the weekend when the underground farmers market is going on! Best deals around and when you combine the Uber and Lyft special offers! I tip my hat to them as it shows in my customer loyalty

this is an amazing dispensary with an underground farmers market and the most amazing staff . budtenders are very knowledgeable and the PM supervisor Larry is amazing! your top on my Dispensary list ! keep ROCKING!

The place is cool the problem I have is my first time didnt get a pre roll gift like other shops, which I thought was messed up. But what really got me is both times my half ounce was shorter then 14 grams. Which is problem for me No false advertising let's keep it real. Other then that good spot.

Acres has products & deals for everyone. The atmosphere is unlike any other. You have to make sure you visit the museum & check out the kitchen where you can actually see employees preparing edibles & cartridges. Killer deals & rewards program, make sure you sign up especially if you’re a local!

just now, This is not my first time here, but it is my last.
Nancy is a Karen ! I read other reviews and its always her, I decided I can't go back. My husband has complained about her as well she has a nasty attitude towards me and my family EVERYTIME NO SMILE AND SHE HAS TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT AND CAN'T USE POINTS EVERYTIME 7 VISITS OR MORE, SO I SAID FORGET THE POINTS AND SHE STILL HAD A PROBELM. SHE IS A PROBLEM CREATOR. I say this after being a faithful customer since Nov 2018 when this place was called the underground. The vibe was fun, there was a food guy outside, I liked this place. Nancy is always in overdrive, she never smiles, she can never find a account and she is the manager. I asked her 4 times to ring me up, she had my ID , phone number and I had my card in my hand but she keeps talking. I try to let people go in front of me so I don't have to deal with her at all. Its sad she is a manager, maybe that's why its never happy. Never a upbeat feel, this lady gets on my nerves every time it's something, she cant find the account, she has to make a new account, she is sorry. I told her forget points ring me up !!!!! She had my ID and everything so the one and only reason she did not ring me up until I cussed at her is because she is a Karen and I will Never return to that store. That's what I told Nate after returning to the store to ask her name, she told this man something about a customer. They need to be fired and the store needs to be reborn its so sad. I know the other workers want a better environment, it use to be fun and happy . Now its just a Karen with a issue last 7 times I have been to that store. You lost a great customer. Please keep an eye out , I'm sure you have and will get more complaints. Do something and fire her and hire and happy people person with customer service skills and maybe you wont continue to loose customers.

Went to pick up a quarter like I always do. I come here often and I never had a problem with the staff. But today when i asked for a quarter of some blue dream that was supposed to be 30 dollars i was charged 35 each. The girl Asia told me thay they sometimes charged 5 bucks more for different batches and I didnt mind until I opened my bag and there are two different batches of weed. The weaker one (the diagnostic showed it having less thc/myrcene) was marched with a green rubber band, had the grower part folded and the sticker was over the batch so you wouldnt be able to tell. So I go back and tell the manager and she apologized said i had some small discount and a free preroll in my next visit. I asked if i could get the Louis 13th since its priced the same as the blue dream that THEY charged me. Before handing me the Louis she said she had to charge me 6 dollars more for taxes. I was upset but figured Id pay and not make a bigger deal out of this bullshit (I told the manager it was the second time that had happened and it did not seem like a mistake but something premeditated) and I paid for their mistake. As Im driving home, I check the Louis container and its an opened container that has no label. I call them back because i just got off work and i want to get home and they didnt pick up after 3 calls back to back with the phone ringing for minutes. That is the shittiest customer service and treatment I have received and I was ripped off. Im never coming back this place fucked up.
