As a general manager myself, I feel the front desk assoicate was not really a friendly person. The bud tender was really helpful though, however he didn't get me my change when I paid with debit. $100 half are good.

The Curbside pickup employee threatened my life and flipped me off in front of the Acres store on camera and the manager Jessie King condones in this type of behavior from his employees. The service that I received from an Acres by Curaleaf Employee is unacceptable and I want to take legal action against the employee that threatened my life. This employee needs to be terminated for threatening me on store camera along with flipping me off, while other customers watched in horror as the Acres by Curaleaf employee displayed aggressive hostility towards me while I was sitting in my car in the curbside pickup lane. I have spoken to the Acres manager Jessie King but he actually condoned in his employees threatening hostile behavior therefore I want someone else in charge to please investigate this issue by watching those Acres cameras on January 07 2020 between 9:00am and 10:00am to witness the Curaleaf employee threatening me and flipping me off in my car. Jessie King as a Curaleaf manager shouldn't promote poor customer service by his employees along with condoning in his curbside pickup employee to threaten my life.

My all time favorite place to buy my fresh flower from, especially on the weekend when the underground farmers market is going on! Best deals around and when you combine the Uber and Lyft special offers! I tip my hat to them as it shows in my customer loyalty

I felt like I was rushed honestly, but the good prices they have, I'm not that surprised. There were alot of people there when I went about 1:30 in the afternoon.

Kinda far but had pretty good deals goin on so I stopped in, super cool store, wait wasn't long, neither was my first time patient form. JL is an awesome budtender, super personable and informative . If it wasn't so far I would come back .

Ever since I first went to Acres, I have never went to another dispensary. Why go anywhere else when they are the best!!!! Great quality flower even there deals are good quality, not them just trying to get rid of bunk product. *****

just now, This is not my first time here, but it is my last. Nancy is a Karen ! I read other reviews and its always her, I decided I can't go back. My husband has complained about her as well she has a nasty attitude towards me and my family EVERYTIME NO SMILE AND SHE HAS TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT AND CAN'T USE POINTS EVERYTIME 7 VISITS OR MORE, SO I SAID FORGET THE POINTS AND SHE STILL HAD A PROBELM. SHE IS A PROBLEM CREATOR. I say this after being a faithful customer since Nov 2018 when this place was called the underground. The vibe was fun, there was a food guy outside, I liked this place. Nancy is always in overdrive, she never smiles, she can never find a account and she is the manager. I asked her 4 times to ring me up, she had my ID , phone number and I had my card in my hand but she keeps talking. I try to let people go in front of me so I don't have to deal with her at all. Its sad she is a manager, maybe that's why its never happy. Never a upbeat feel, this lady gets on my nerves every time it's something, she cant find the account, she has to make a new account, she is sorry. I told her forget points ring me up !!!!! She had my ID and everything so the one and only reason she did not ring me up until I cussed at her is because she is a Karen and I will Never return to that store. That's what I told Nate after returning to the store to ask her name, she told this man something about a customer. They need to be fired and the store needs to be reborn its so sad. I know the other workers want a better environment, it use to be fun and happy . Now its just a Karen with a issue last 7 times I have been to that store. You lost a great customer. Please keep an eye out , I'm sure you have and will get more complaints. Do something and fire her and hire and happy people person with customer service skills and maybe you wont continue to loose customers.
