Albany Alternative Health Solutions

This dispensary has gone way down hill. The budtenders are glorified sales people and do not care about medical patients. I made a purchase which wasn't what I wanted because the budtender did not tell me everything about what I was buying. Should I have looked at the box, yes, but I have used this dispensaries for years and trusted them and never had a problem. Budtenders usually tell me if the medicine is natural. This cartridge not only had artificial flavors, but had non-marijuana derived terpenes added. This is okay for someone who wants to just get high and not for medical. He had my medical card in his hand. He knew I was medical. When I called and told them they refused to take it back or exchange it for me. It only had the bottom cap and not the top cap on the cartridge and it could have been used as the cartridge was not full as usually. I am so disappointed in dispensaries in this area. They all seem like they are becoming so shady it's pathetic. Please be careful while in the Albany/Corvallis area buying your medicine. Buyer beware in Linn/Benton County.

The entire staff from the front desk to the staff inside the dispensary, the workers are wonderful. Very Nice, Very helpful and great to answer all our questions very well so we can understand (LOL). We drive an hour to shop there because they are great :-)

They have the finest quality and donation prices. I visit them about everyday and I never have a complaint I always leave happy.

On my first visit I found that Albany alternative was VERY comforting ad very professional. I've been back a couple times and i plan to go more often. I would also recommend this place to other ommp patients. Great job guys keep it up.

I would just like to say that the good people that work at the Albany Alternative Health Solutions are absolutely amazing.im a first time ommp holder and this was deffinetly the best "first time" experience that I have ever had.....yea its not a very big dispensary but so far the employees make up for it....if I could go in there just to hang out n chill then shoot that would b the spot....love you all....c u guys soon! Accomodating, Friendly, and Caring! New strains regularly, they do tend to run out of the better ones quickly due to their popularity among local patients. Most other places require a 10/g reimbursement rate, while even their top reimbursement does not demand the same. The medicated bonbons, epsom salts, and hash I have made use of from them were all highly effective in reducing pain and swelling(epsom salts, hash, bonbons), PTSD symptoms, (hash, epsom salts), and insomnia(bonbons) I also appreciate that all of their medicine is packaged for you into child proof containers, not just the edible forms.

They are some of the coolest people to have running a center. Never shady, always have a smile on their face and are pleasant, great feeling in the room, and if they don't know the answer to your question, they will try to find the answer. Sometimes busy, but they always try to move as quick as possible with a professional tone. The flower there is not always what I would like, but they have good prices and the concentrates are key. :) Oh, and I can't forget the medables. Try the candy bars, they are amazing.

Sorely disappointed today. With every visit this has been a reliable, compassionate dispensary with product to fit various budgets. When I made the trip this morning, the menu hadn't been updated in 8 days, so I was surprised to find that the only price point available was $10/gm. Much too rich for me. I hope this is a temporary situation. Otherwise, the product has always been of competitive quality and the people are very nice. But if the prices stay so high, I won't be back.

I'm a more awkward and shy sort of fellow, so walking into my first dispensary with a 30-day letter in hand was bound to be a daunting experience. As it turned out, the lady working there was very patient and helped me get registered while I was still stumbling over my words. The experience on the other side of the door was even more refreshing, where she not only continued with her patience (I was still pretty quiet and nervous), but was very helpful with strain suggestions and other methods of use such as edibles. I left the shop with about 1/4 total between three strains, but I'm looking forward to testing how well they work for me and returning to this shop in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This was my first visit to this dispensary and I found it to be fantastic! Very helpful and friendly staff! And great prices and selection! I intend to make this my new regular dispensary now. Have been here twice now and am just very happy with the way these folks do business. Exceptional!
