Worst store I've been to in Washington state. over priced weed. can't even smell it or touch it. They have a waiting room that makes the process feel like you're visiting the doctor. won't ever be going back. I'll be waiting for stores to open that will close this shop down. tldr: over priced flower. customers are made to feel awkward in "waiting room". scanning and saving my ID information. worst store around.

This was the second recreational pot store since it became legal here and I have to say that Altitude was a very nice facility, staffed by helpful people and with a good array of product. I chose the Juju Joint which is the weed equivalent of an e-cig. Self-contained, nothing to do other than take a drag when you want. Totally discreet and very convenient. Nice. Expensive right now but nice. Nice store - I will be back.

Great prices, theres always a daily special Staff is always willing to help me pick something out They have a large selection so the budtenders make it easy to find what works best for you personally. Ill be back for sure!

Okay service. None of them really seemed like they wanted me there. The products I got working and they had everything on display and glass cases which is really nice

Well I dont make it down often but when i do I always go for the 7g+ packs because you get such a great deal I'll def be back. 10/10 Cant wait until they accept debit/credit haha

I visited Altitude because a friend recommended cannabis for my insomnia. I came in, and after asking a few questions about how i would like to take the cannabis they said I should try edibles. Dont smoke, wont smoke, but these work amazing! I got some candy called Hi Jewels, and you only take 1 or two and u feel it in about 30 mins. I went with edibles cuz i dont smoke and dont wanna cough so late at night Thanks for the help guys

Other than the long lines on Thursdays (its worth the wait) there's nothing you can complain about with Altitude. I come in on Thursdays for the THC deal, always love getting 10 bucks off.

First time visit last week and Altitude was top notch! Excellent and professional service. I would highly recommend them.

im a long time med patient in wash, and although im not happy about the law changes I realize that i502 shops aren't the ones writing the laws, they are doing their best to spread the green, so this is my best option if i want to walk into a dispensary anywhere near me. they are doing a good deed that being said, they cant give med advice, but that's okay, thats what leafly is for lol some top shelf stuff ive tried is all of the DAMA products, anything from Phat Panda, and a few of the Farmer J strains such as the Critical+

Some of the most friendly people I've met, always willing to go out of their way to help you out and find the perfect strain for you. I have anxiety when I smoke, so I was suggested a nice hybrid strain called Sour Blueberry. It had a unique diesel smell with blueberry flavor and it did not give me anxiety at all, it was very relaxing and delicious. The staff are very educated and can answer any question you may have either about i502 or cannabis in general. They get you what you need, no wait, no hassle, honest staff, clean professional setting. I will be back!

it's better than nothing.... really thought it was great when they first opened... but I don't care for the setup at all. The true recreational marijuana experience is not at Altitude. The staff is hit or miss and they are not that helpful... specials quickly change and their menus are constantly changing. I have been in a few times and every time I pick out something they run out. Sucks to drive that far and you don't really get what you went for... but it's easy to get to and not far from the Tri-Cities!

The office is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. The prices though... man.... $30/gram on my first visit and after calling today learning they have eights for $100. On opening day $30/gram to be a part of history was worth it, but I honestly don't know if I will ever go back until the donations are more realistic. I understand the business is there to profit, but this feels like being gouged.

wow what a nice change from "The Bake Shop" very friendly didn't feel like I was rushed and they took the time to find out what I was looking for. Plus they just changed all the prices and everything is way cheap! I'll be back.

How this place has a lower review than other shops I have no idea. People are so biased, this place is super friendly and knowledgeable! Unlike all the other shops around town or the valley, you won't be disappointed.

Dude...you need to make that front area more inviting - less like a doctor's office lol. And look. I was stoned and things were funny. But I've never been more disappointed in what I purchased. You(the girl helping me lol), were awesome, but the product wasn't.

Dislike the vibe, for the vibe to be so ugly I definitely will be going to a different dispensary. May have been an off day for all the females working here but it was ugly. It was definitely not a lovely experience. I would ask about certain weed & couldn't get knowledgeable answers. So had to just buy something & get out of there. The team is definitely different from back in the day & the old team is missed. Do better Altitude.

Clean place, good stuff
