Amazing Budz

This is the best dispensary I have been to. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable of the products. They are always friendly and helpful. I will be making this my number one dispensary.

From the front desk to the budtender everyone is very nice and knowledgeable about their products. The front desk girl answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I bought 2 pre weighed ounces and both where short about 3 grams combined but after emailing them they where more then willing to might it right the next time I come and visit. They also carry Pax pods that I love and very hard to find around here. Really hope they get more of a variety in:) Overall they are trying there best to comply and hope they stick around.

I've been here a dozen times and I've been happy with every purchase. All the flower I have gotten has been grade A top shelf. I do however feel like some of the budtenders aren't educated enough when it comes to the product.

I will preface by saying, this was my first time ever visiting a dispensary. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I had a wonderful experience. Thanks to Zack for all his help and patience with this first-timer. You have a return customer.

In the past week, I haven’t had the greatest experience. So last week, I was in there and felt that I overpaid with the discounts that were offered. They did offer us compensation for that. Fast forward to today, I ordered and the price seemed weird again. I just went past it because I love the store so much! I always come here when I can! Then, I look at some of the stuff I bought and the amount of stems with absolutely no bud on them was almost disappointing. And it was a “..caregiver product that we like to keep around great quality and smell.”

Have had issues with staff communicating when ordering for delivery. Have had multiple delivery orders not delivered for days. Some times when the order comes the products were not what I ordered. When asking to have issues corrected I have been told they will “take care” and “make things right”. When placing an order after discussing the issues with the staff I had $15 taken off my bill and surprise surprise the delivery order was not what I wanted. This place used to be halfway decent but it appears they are are sacrificing customer service and quality for profits. Multiple other shops have opened close to this shop and it appears the other shops have better deals, better customer service and less frustration.

Today was my first time at Amazing Budz. I can't say enough how kind and knowledgeable the employees are. Such a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you Amazing Budz for helping me with what will help me the most for my medical issues. Your kindness is greatly appreciated! P.S. A special shout out to the young lady that took care me. My apologies for not remembering your name. You were so awesome today!
