Apogee Gardens- Livingston

Service was great until yesterday when my husband and I went in and he had forgotten his ID. She was very rude and told him to get out of the store. There was no “I am sorry but our policy states you can be in here.” No she was very rude. I have been in there several times and was never asked for my ID. It’s how she did it. Not sure if we will come back.

Grant helped me find everything I needed.

These products are great and the staff does a really good job with their recommendations for flower. Very pleasant experience,, I will be back soon.

Went in there and felt very welcomed. While asking questions, the Gentlemen did not make me feel like I was wasting his time. That is important in customer service.

I loved this spot Mercedes and the weekend guy, sorry I don’t know your name-man, along with the manager Steph were all fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and even make eye contact. They treat their veterans well too- some other shops don’t include a veterans discount on sale items; and I feel like if you’re going to offer it it’s a perk for those who served their country, so to me it’s very nice but when omitted because something is on sale; did we serve less? Keep it up Evan(owner) and all the crew, you’ve come along way!
