Multiple times have these clowns messed up my order by giving me the wrong stuff. Then making it seem like its my fault and being lazy and not wanting to deliver to fix their OWN mistakes.even talked to a guy on the phone who literally told me i was wrong and treated me like i was some kinda idiot. Well after hours of literally having argue to have this guy call his boss and tell me info i literally told him earlier. I find out that they charge me wrong and that they lost the extra $ I paid (the recit said bho and i paid for rosin) i gave the man $ for all rosin at a discount. Wich oh btw. DOSENT EXIST. So conveniently they cant find it yet its the total you get on their own website and they cant remove it. They literally told me id get for what it said then show up telling me to pay more. So now i cant get even after all day. Screw this company they rip you off and False advertise. not a SINGLE other website or dispo pulls bs like arcanna does. Ive been sold old wax and bud. Many,many times. Ive dropped thousands at this dispo and tbh most the time id regret it or have someone mess up my order bc the horrible website or someone too high to do the job. Pathetic customer service.

We did not visit thw store. Our experience was online and delivery, which was a really really professional and just a great experience from beginning to end. Quality was excellant. Looking forward to visiting sometime soon

This place... buckle up kids because this is a story. I'm a disabled, stay at home mom. I ordered from here on a afternoon that I was unable to get out and I desperately needed something to get me through the night. I was told by Michelle when I spoke to her that I needed to order at least 100 dollars of product for delivery. I did not want to spend this much, but they were the only delivery available to me as they seem to be the only ones that don't demand your delivery address match your ID. So I placed the order, called back and spoke to Michelle again, giving her the address for delivery. The delivery driver went to my old city. It was the last delivery of the day and they couldn't fix the problem. So I spent a sleepless night waiting for them to open. You see I was advised by the female manager working that night that she would have someone call me in the morning to see about getting the order out first thing. Well morning comes and no phone call. So, I contact them once again. Not a single person knew what I was talking about. This time I speak with Matt, the Director. Matt was wonderful. He got the delivery out as soon as he could and gave me a twenty dollar credit. Today I called to be sure my husband could pick up my order (filed under recreational) with my credit. I was advised this would not be a problem. So I placed my order and my husband headed out after work to get it. I called to verify again that we would have no issues. Once again this shift of workers have no idea what I'm talking about. I spoke with tonight's male manager and was told they couldn't honor this credit unless I dragged myself out to get it. This is not a possibility this evening. So I am left with a choice to once again go without or pay more than I should be paying. To be fair, I did drop an f-bomb on the manager tonight. I feel it's pretty fair considering how calm and civil I have been throughout this entire mess. My f-bomb got my call disconnected, and tonight's manager neglected to provide his name before disconnecting.
