Amazing staff!

All the employees I’ve dealt with have always been super nice and friendly and the flower and oil are always great. Spent over $100 last night on some oil and a $35 torch that doesn’t work. I called and the manager basically told me I was SOL and could “try the company warranty, they don’t do refunds”. I was polite but didn’t recall asking for a refund just wanted to exchange for one that worked.

Id say the best quality flower in Southern Oklahoma. Also the staff was very knowledgable. I asked for something fuelly and fruity and the budtender immediately knew a few strains to throw at me. Most importantly for me, best thc percentages for the price for cannabis that has a decent cure. These guys seems to take the extra care when it comes to this and for me it makes a giant difference.

The location is actually pretty nice easy entrance and exit, decent parking if it’s not busy in that plaza. I enjoyed the flower I got and the prices were pretty good for the area. Wasn’t really made aware of any specials but was suggested favorites. Warm and friendly staff. Appearance was kept and the shop was very clean and organized. Definitely intend to stop back in and visit the ladies again or the other staff of this shop. Big Block is very good 👌🏻
