This was my first time using my medical card, I wish I could remember the girls name who helped me! She was super nice and wasn't judgmental or annoyed by all my questions!

This dispensary is by far the the most helpful and comfortable shop to obtain your medication, lots of strains to choose from, and all at a good price. The crew at this shop are very helpful, and are very good at answering questions about the strains and effect on the body. Kosher Kush and Purple Kryptonite for me is their best strains keep up the good work guys. Thank you

I love this place. My go to dispensary. the only thing i can say is the prices. I was talking with a few patients as we all waited. we all agreed that the prices are all way to high. I wish there was a dispensary in Arizona that could match those in other sates. With quality and value. If anyone could its AZCS, your guys are the best. KEEP IT UP !

Way over priced on there concentrates

This is my second review. The quality of the meds and the pricing is still on point, nothing wrong about that. I am re-writing because of the customer service seems to just gone down hill. I cant ask questions without feeling like im "bothering" you. I have one specific person in mind that is the worst there, she acts like she hates answering my questions and when Im struggling to make a decision she is literally no help and she is the one to ring me up almost every time. When I walk in and get her, I just want to walk back out. This doesn't go for every employee, some of you are seriously fantastic. Everything else, keep up the good work.

The staff were very helpful.The meds were awesome and varied.the whole experience was A plus.

I went last summer back and they recommended Blue Haze based on what I told them I was looking for. To this day it is my favorite strain but have not seen it available here in a while now. So I bought it at 2 other dispensaries and it doesn't even compare to the one here. Can't wait until you guys have it again. I will be stocking up. Also, while looking for something in my drawer I found some of the Blue Haze I bought here, it was a year old already. I smoked it & I swear it was still as good as when i bought.

I had to do a second review once I tried the Online Ordering system from AZCS. I always have a weird time going into any dispensary- newbie thing I think- But when I was turned onto the online ordering by the budtender, I was kinda stoked. I decided to try it since I am the kind of girl who doesn't need to shop- I know what I want. I placed my order, and after about 45 minutes I arrived at the dispensary. My meds were ready for me, and it was SO much easier to deal with when you know what you want. The 5% online discount is awesome, and I am also a Veteran, so I put that in the comment box to get my Vets discount. I am SO HAPPY with this type of service. Kudos AZCS. Thanks for making me happy again. :)

Customer service is a joke disrespectful bus tenders and no one picks up the phone would like to see a better more updated daily deals menu

You do recreational and this place I’m for sure charges you extra. Only place I’ve ever been to where they charge you almost $10 in taxes for $25 spent. You can go to another dispensary spend the same amount and get charged less in taxes.

My third visit. I was driving a few more miles away from Surprise to other dispensary locations to try different options. I was really happy with my choice to try ACS. The staff have been so friendly and informative. I didn’t feel so special tonight when I made my third visit. The bud tender who helped me seemed very annoyed and I felt very rushed and my anxiety kicked in. I asked about my discount for new customers. That was the trigger for him I guess? I was hoping he would suggest something new for me to try for the offered discounts on new customers. You know be a bud tender introduce me to something, be informative??? I was disappointed when he just took off $25dollars off my total balance. Wow. I might try another dispensary that helps me feel better. This dude should NOT be a tender if he treats everyone this way. do better, be kind to everyone

poor selection. if your making a long drive to this place dont... they post deals then have a poor selection once you get there. they also won't take a pre-order either to confirm the availability of products. I would only shop here if it's absolutely convenient.

This place is no good anymore. Its as simple as that. Good service, bad product. We dont purchase service so I wish I could give 0 stars. I once came here and passed up everyone for the lemon head og. What I purchased was not that at all. It didn't have the same terps, or effect. It just had a lemon smell in the air when burned that's it. waste of time and money. I might try again in a year. I'm hoping if things don't change this place will no longer be open. Rather then hustling patients out of money.

the fact that they put the product in a black bag and you could not see it. I got home and product was as dry as saw dust. Not sure I was looking to smoke powder tonight. One of the main reasons I have stayed clear of this dispensary for almost a year. The product need to be acbit fresher for what is being charged. it's almost like smoking throw away product. I am not happy with it at all. Whatever you do stay away from all of the pre packs.

Been a patient at AZCS for 3 years now and won’t go anywhere else. The bud tenders are super helpful and break down how the deals work for each day and always help me pick the best deal for my budget! Their in house flower is bomb and they always come out with something new! I love that they don’t have recreational smokers clogging up the lines and are focused on patients! Thank you AZCS 🤘🏻

And the bud tender up sold my mother to the wyld brand which she doesn’t need. 100mg for $20 is over priced for something to just say “real fruit” so now my mother is nervous to go back thinking she has to spend lots of money on things when she would have been fine with a $10 100mg bag. Exactly why I wanted to go back with her

Please explain the benefit of ordering online pickup when their is no express lane type approach dedicated to expediting my visit. It appeared i waited my turn in the same line as anyone else that stumbles in. Simply put, WTH is the benefit of online orders at azcs? You have a wonderful group of talented young people there, so get your heads out of.... and do it right, all the time, basic concept, if ordered ahead, make it quick to pick up, 10 mins max in and out would be reasonable.

$99 ounces are just a way to get you to come all the way out to El Mirage just to be told that they don't have any more $99 ounces and somebody else screwed up ... and then they try to upsell you on there other product that they only have grams or eighths of ... find a new store
