Don't waste your time here. Flower all smells the same. Not strong at all. Crazy dry. Bought top shelf flower that I wouldn't even have put out on my bottom shelf at my shop. Budtenders crossed the line from friendly to annoyingly long winded. Serious waste of money.

Awesome customer service, the young woman at the counter had great customer skills! The facility is amazing, love the look and feel! Great first time customer items, very well put together! Large selection of medicine, displayed nicely. My only ding for not giving 5 stars on Med Quality was the preemie seeds hiding in the medicine. Other wise well done on a beautifully created dispensary!

AZ Natural Selection has a great, clean environment. They also have crazy good weekend specials. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

I got purple alien og & the bud was VERY dry and the color was definitely off. This was the first time I have ever got unsatisfactory bud from anywhere since having my card. I do not think I will be returning. Service was fast and the atmosphere is great.

This place is awesome. The people are nice and always welcoming every single time. They always offer really great deals. Flower is also top shelf.

It's place takes great pride in their product and you can tell, it's some of the best meds around. It is a little on the pricey side but if you keep updated with their deals it's not so bad.

Such a great dispensary, had a very helpful bud tender and enjoyed my visit. Highly recommend!

I went as a 1st timer to take advantage of the 5 free pre-rolls for new customers. I selected a couple of meds and got my pre rolls. The meds I received without exaggeration are the driest flowers I have ever seen. I am talking turn to pure dust dry. The budtender assured me of freshness and quality. When I tried the different meds I purchased, they tasted like pure dirt. I don't know if it is the process used to dry, or fertilizer used too late in growing, but all my meds taste like crap. I vape so I know the various tastes, and look forward to them. Not here. The worst meds I have purchased in a year. Just being honest. I will not be back. Did I mention dust dry???

My first visit after I got my card in the mailbox. Thomas was a good man, helped me find a deal quick, In and out in 15 minutes and hella anxious to get to down to business. Only bummer part was I was supposed to get five free prerolls for buying an eighth on my first visit but they were out of stock. Ahhh wtf? But it's all good, he had offered me 3 free grams but he suggested that I wait to get the five free prerolls my next visit. So I waited. I'll be back within the next week or so to collect anyways...nice place of business, make it a priority to swing by.

This was my go to spot until today, and I was a loyalist to AZNS. Had a Darwin cartridge that wouldn’t fire, about 20% left. Thought it was a battery issue. Took the battery in and was told it was working and it must be a cartridge issue. The associate said the manager ok’d an exchange for a new cartridge if I bring it in. I told the associate I had used a fair amount and I wasn’t sure what was left. She said just bring it back, and she will put notes in my account so I don’t have to go through explaining anything when I return. Returned today. The associate today went to the back to speak to the manager and returned telling me they won’t exchange it and will offer me 5% on a new one. In the end they offered me a 15% discount on a new cartridge. I explained I felt it was poor customer service because they are 1. Backing out from the offer for a straight exchange 2. I took two unplanned trips to the dispensary because they sold me a faulty product and would have never returned today if they weren’t going to follow through with their first offer to exchange 3. They wanted to only give me a 5% discount on a new cartridge and I had to waste more time to negotiate even a 15% off offer, which I still feel is not appropriate compensation 4. The manager never came out to speak with me and three times the associate left me alone to speak to the manager in private. Before using Darwin products I would use the NS branded oils. I frequently have problems with those cartridges dying before the oil is gone. The associates act nice when they sell saying just bring it back and we can transfer the oil to a new cartridge. On several occasions they have acted like doing that wasn’t worth their time because of the amount of oil left didn’t look significant. But oil, when not upright moves, and clings to the walls of the cartridge. You have to let it settle to really see what is left, and i paid for that; I want to use it. I feel like they make you feel your trying to get over on them or something, and as an honest customer that has spent thousands of dollars with their business shouldn’t be made to feel that way. I’m ready to consider other AZ dispensaries.

Sunday 4-18 Two Kind Buds bundle - Limited edition 420 Public Access travel box, 1/8th of Modern Flower, 1/8th of Platinum flower, Modern Flower vape and Modern Flower battery for $99 -Does not come with a travel box, and they don’t have Modern batteries either. There was no limit displayed either. Unfortunately my budtender’s service was a dull experience, and I do regret going here and wasting my allotment. I just want the customers to be aware of the “Two Kind Buds Bundle” does not come with travel box or battery. I hope they take that “deal” off so you guys don’t waste a trip on a “good” deal.

Really nice and clean facility. Professional setup and relaxed atmosphere. Dylan was my bud tender, he was very informative and knowledgeable with his recommendations. I’ll definitely be back.

As soon I walked in I immediately felt invited for one. Feeling that way is a absolute plus for me. Following my entry to what I thought was going to be another dispensary on the map I felt a different not like any others. Was treated with respect as soon as I walked back. Was educated by an amazing lady at the front desk, as well as held a conversation while picking up my bud which is an even bigger plus for me because it lets me know not only that you care about my comfortability but are definitely in to making i get what i need to sooth my pain. All in all a great staff and would HIGHLY recommend to any of my out of town friend's or even those that I currently associate myself with.

Oh yeah forgot!!!! Purple monkey balls pre roll kicked my ass I didn't know my name let alone know I have 2 broken screws and 4 bone spurs in my knee. So ya badass.

Very professional establishment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient with first time visitors. Zina helped me identify appropriate products for my needs, and explained how to use everything. Nice specials for first time customers.

The workers were Very knowledgeable about all their products and friendly. Juan helped me out and he was absolutely outstanding at giving fast and dependable service. He was very kind and funny, and he really helped me determine what I wanted. As natural selections is just phenomenal!

Love the people, it is always a welcoming environment. I never have trouble getting what I want and I always take their recommendations when trying something new. Favorite dispensary that I've been to thus far.
