I had never been to a dispensary. I a middle-aged, professional and was not comfortable on my way in. The experience - I have been there twice - was not at all what I thought. Clearly, they care, they have people to answer the questions and understand this is a new experience for some of us. I felt comfortable both times I was there.

Arrow Alternative Care sets the standard for the state. Clean and large waiting room. I always enjoy seeing the new products they carry. Will recommend to others.

The people at Arrow are doing a great job. They are kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I really enjoy visiting them. As the program matures it will get better and better.

I switched to here and I am here to stay. I am on a fixed income and they seem to have the best donation prices - lower than any other dispensary in CT. I also really like leafy - i can get so much information here. Everyone at this place is so nice and makes me feel like they really care about me.

Best in the Police State of CT. The staff is exemplary. They go above and beyond the norm, to make sure you, the patient is 100% satisfied. On top of all of that, they always have the BEST QUALITY MEDICINE and the LOWEST PRICES of any Cannabis Dispensary in PSoCT.

I would recommend this place to anyone. they are very helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. Before I even received my card in the mail, they made me feel at home and welcome and they bent over backwards to help me. once I received my card, my first trip to arrow alternative care, exceeded all my expectations. great strains, great variety. if you go elsewhere, switch to arrow

Having read reviews, I expected a welcoming, professional staff. I expected a fairly nice atmosphere. I was worried it would be too stiff and serious to compensate for the stoner image. What I found was a wonderful balance between professional and laid back. Everyone was very willing to help me get what I already knew I needed (like I expected) without being pushy or self-important (which I was worried about.) Everyone from the staff to the owner was very friendly and informative, every question I asked had an answer. I will definitely come back, I had a great experience and they have a good selection with strains I like. I got small, easy-to-regulate, good looking nugs and not the finely ground shake bullshit I was worried about, either. It was an entirely positive experience.

Great staff, involved owners and best prices around. they will work with you whatever your requirements may be. also everyone should check out the Cannaed classes; they are incredibly informative and really give you an understanding of what the CT MMP is all about and what the producers do to get the product to you.

Great selection of high quality medicine. Knowledgeable staff that makes you comfortable with your purchase.

Been coming here for a few months, best prices - friendly staff. Prices are steadily becoming more reasonable as well, but prices are not Arrows fault. Menu online is very helpful when deciding on meds. All around great dispensary

I am so glad I picked this location. I have been here a few times in the past month and from my first visit to my most recent, the people here have been so welcoming and just genuine sweethearts. On my first visit, I had to fill out some paperwork and then I met in a private room with the pharmacist who went over all of the different types of medicines they offer and explained differences and even offered suggestions after I told her my symptoms. I was nervous on my first visit, not really sure what to expect or how I would be treated. I read other reviews which made me feel confident in my choice. Again, I couldn't be happier with my choice. On your first visit you have a consultation with the pharmacist, but that is not necessary on your following visits. You can just go in and place your order or you can even order online and pick up (my favorite feature). I have been very happy with the medicine that I've received here. Very happy with the people and the overall experience. The do accept cash and debit card payments (they run your debit card through like an atm withdrawal) and you can use your credit card for anything that isn't marijuana (pipes, vaporizers, papers, accessories, etc..) If you live within a reasonable distance to Hartford, I would highly recommend registering at this location without reservation. You will be SO happy you did.

I Really like the people working at AAC. The Dispensory Itself is really nice and the products are better than I could hope for lol I'd definitely recommend other clients to AAC.

Amazing store. In and out in less than 5 minutes when using the online ordering.

All six dispensaries have all the same product and it's all the same price. Although some may be out of some product as another one may have it, still same price everyone. Recommend going to the closest one to you. Also wish they had a sample product where you can see and smell, everything is behind doors you don't know what you get and until you buy it

Great location right off the highway! The staff is knowledgeable and they are ALL so nice! I have been going there for about a year now and it has always been a pleasant experience! Highly recommended!

I was a little concerned at first cause of location, but it's rite off highway easy on and easy off!! Also, the customer service is great, and it's a calm atmosphere!! The owner came and introduced herself, and she gave me alot of great info!! They make u feel very welcome!! I felt very awkward the first cppl of times, but feel safe there!!
