Last time I shop here, customer service was by first the worst I’ve received at this place usually everyone is good about making sure as a patient I’m happy with the purchase, but the young lady who helped me today who said “I’m not doing that” I asked you to mix the buds with the tool, your the first and the last one to tell me that at natures medicines. I will not be returning to this place considering afterwords you continued to make assumptions when I was only asking questions. I think your a complete b**** and you lost my business for your employer. You are the only one, it’s about us the patients, not you. Do your job and sell weed! And work on customer service skills I’m sorry I was so ridiculous and such a pain for you I won’t be coming back don’t worry

Uhm this place is perfect. Like they aren’t even fully stocked and already have more than most places. They have such a great selection of bud and they trim ANYTHING off for you. If you haven’t been to a deli style dispensary before, come here and see the perks of it. Also they have tons of coffee and tea and snacks and everyone is super friendly!! Plus the decor in this place is amazing. It looks like Joanna Gaines designed this place, it’s so homey but so chic and modern. This place is definitely a one of a kind dispensary and there’s no reason to go elsewhere.

Great place for buying flower at pretty good every day prices. The rest(shatter, mints, carts, tinctures)is pretty much priced the same as everywhere else. This will be my go to for flower but I like dispensaries with reward programs for purchasing other products. Deals do draw me in to various dispensaries and allow me to try different medicines at reasonable costs.

Rude, inattentive staff. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes around 5 employees and no one even glanced in my direction. Sad.

This location has an awesome set up. I was very upset that I drove 45 minutes to find out that the budder I drove from wasn’t 25 like the menu stated and the space dust wasn’t 15 as stated in the menu. I even called beforehand and got the pricing on liberty products before I came! Not to mention they didn’t have any of the stuff I came for as the menu was not up to date. You guys have to do better with all the people working you should keep up on your menu! Disappointed is an understatement.

Love my tender Mike for always taking the time to make sure my order is right. I stop in on my weekends to stock up and the vibe is always on point. Always come here for my meds.

Very professional atmosphere, Rob helped me out by giving me a tour and personally helping me make my purchases when he heard it was my first time in the store. Will definitely be coming here often.

Classic BAIT N HOOK "CORPORATE OWNED " DISPENSARY.... They have had a concentrate deal forever now...3g/ 100$... with 1 single strain available...no wonder they give such a hard time when you call to find out how many strains they may or may not have...smh !!! on the bright side...if thays what ya wanna call it....they did however have on hand today....a supervisor....an assistant manager...and a general manager .....when i asked for THE MANAGER....i got a supervisor....i had to ask several employees if they even knew what a manager was...and if they in fact had one on premises that i could speak to about my concerns...of course not....what do i get ??? a supervisor and an assistant mangaer that wanted to blame their issue today on a very nice and helpful young lady at the front desk.....today is the very first time i have been in on a weekend...and it will be my LAST... i left the dispensary today...empty handed and highly aggravated to say the least after driving from Perey Hall md...no sorry nor apology of any kind for my troubles today.. CLASSIC CORPORATE AMERICA!!!

Nature’s Medicines is by far the best dispensary I’ve visited! Great quality and selection of flowers. NO GRAM OVER $15!!! The flower isn’t pre packaged Which is great for the consumer. Robert was very helpful and if we knew each other outside of the dispensary I’m pretty sure we’d be friends that’s how well the customer service is here! Def will refer a friend and I will be back this week!!!

Really like this dispensary. Everyone is very friendly and the deals are the best in the area. Highly recommend taking the trip. It's totally worth it!

Staff was professional and friendly. The quality to the leaf I bought was fine, about what I expected. However, I was a bit disappointed in the 1/8 of Blue Cheese since it was shake and a bit stemmy. Not a huge nit, and the GGG was good.

I think this location is one of the best in the west phoenix area

I have not had issues with this dispensary until the Crofton location opened and a lot of changes were made here. I’ve been using this dispensary since I got my card at the beginning of the year. I have since decided I am going to try others for a few reasons. 1. they have progressively become more and more slow. i understand its deli style but when i get pulled to the back for having an online order and i am left standing around in there for about 15-20 min while others are not just being helped, but having long personal conversations that are slowing their wait down even more then thats just not cool. youre busy, you have a wait, you see people needing to be helped, but there’s no change in work pace. 2. i usually online order to negate the wait time, however i have noticed that the online menu rarely reflects the full line of products and strains offered in the dispensary. they have also been having issues with people ordering one thing and adding a bunch once they get back there so they now have a new policy were you must go back out and wait in line again. i came in the other day, was next in line but informed them i had an online order. i had at least a $100 order and just asked to add a pre-roll (which i NEVER ask), wouldnt have slowed them down and i wasnt trying to take advantage of being pulled in quick. i could understand if i was adding another gram or 1/8. to me, that was just bad customer service especially after i had been standing around waiting for one of them to help me for 10-15 min and i had not “skipped” more than a one person line. for the most part, i would let this go. i wasnt rude, didnt argue. took what i had originally ordered and left. i would let this go but this next thing is the big reason i probably wont come back. 3. This past sunday i came in about an hour before close. there was a group of about 5 young guys in the lobby but were not in line to go back. they were being loud and obnoxious and obviously were there with someone that was picking up weed for them. i go to the back and theres a guy thats clearly buying for them that says he doesnt have enough money and goes out to his friends to get more. my sister, who was in the lobby so she didnt have to wait in my cold car, watched the boy tell them they need to give him more money. the receptionist tells them if they are giving him money, they need to do it outside off of the cameras. excuse me? all of us patients have forked out a lot of money to have the right to purchase and smoke in this state, and your staff doesnt care if patients are clearly taking money from nonpatients to pick up for them? it was blatant what was going on. to make matters even worse, when i left they were all in the car parked behind me lit up. never have i seen this at any dispensary before in this state. i didnt say anything because it was clear had i said something to the receptionist i would have been blown off. every other state is zero tolerance for this, i guess not here. its very sad as i love this dispensary but im going to have to try others.

First I want to start and say that this location is gorgeous! Think of a Apple Store that sells cannabis everything is organized and labeled well. There’s a ton of space to move around and it’s well lit. Leather couches, flat screens, and a snack area. It’s the best dispensary I’ve walked into. The receptionist was very nice and personable, she actually seemed happy to be there and that she liked her job. After waiting for about 45 seconds I was brought back and given a tour of the space by the GM. Everyone who works there is so nice, look like they have fun a work, and are glad to help people find that perfect match of Nature’s Medicine.

My girlfriend and I come here all the time. All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are the lowest around. Everything is good quality. We love shopping here and definitely recommend stopping in to check it out for yourself.

Very nice place, everyone that was working there was very nice and friendly. They explained everything about the store and how it’s set up. Awesome place and awesome people.
