Ascend Cannabis - Chicago Ridge

I will not be returning. Unfortunately I went to ascend today to do a purchase ,the young man it was there told me to go put the order in on the kiosk. I politely told him I am visually impaired and politely said, is this absolutely necessary ?he indicated it was. I said that's unfortunate and I probably will not go there next time. He told me to leave right there and then. Needless to say the tension level incteaded to a robust 9.5 no one likes rejection. Especially unfounded. I wonder if this dude realizes that that machine is going to replace him at some point of time. It's not very well thought out if you ask me I mean what are those people even there for? I hope this young man has a good time adjusting to old age. It doesn't seem like he has the capacity to navigate through difficult situations without getting confrontational. That's unfortunate. No hard feelings maybe his mother pissed in his cereal or something I don't know. But that just seemed a little hasty to me. Anyways I was fortunate enough to go to a different store before they closed. So there's no hard feelings I just kind of find a puzzling how they could have people doing customer service that have this rigid cantankerous attitude. There's a lot of options out here and there's more coming everyday. Hopefully that kid gets some therapy or something. Wish him the best, Good luck

Sarah was so patient and kind with me tonight. I had to alter my order multiple times and she was so nice during the entire exchange. So helpful too. I’ve been shopping at Ascend since they opened in Chicago Ridge, and you will never find a better staff of people, with a great atmosphere and even better product, than you will at Ascend in Chicago Ridge!

I love this place. A lot better than curaleaf. Budtenders super friendly. I will use this dispensary all the time now. Dale Nix

Shoutout to Daniel and Jose the supervisor! They helped me out big time after points on my account magically disappeared- yes I’m serious. Earlier in the week I was checking the deals available online and at my checkout noticed I had enough points to redeem a discount- nice. Later that day when I checkout they are gone! When I showed up later these two went over the records and found the flaw in the system and got me the deal. Super awesome of them; makes me love the place even more.

Tom the GM took care of me and made me change my review. He gets a 5 Star. The rest of the store reps are nice too. Jose the Manager just doesn't know how to talk to customers. If it wasn't for my experience with him, it would get 5 stars.

My favorite dispensary in the area! I love the selection, the staff is so friendly too! I always love going in anytime of day whether it’s before work or on a day off. The service is so quick with virtually no wait. The pre ordering online is super convenient, and the loyalty program is the best around. Oh and THEY TAKE DEBIT CARDS!! Check this spot out it’s so worth it, and a gem of the area!

Visited the store 3 times. Each visit the staff is extremely friendly and answered my questions to their best knowledge. I love that it's in a convenient location.
