Ascend Cannabis - Fairview Heights

During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.

I’ve been to a few dispensaries in several different areas and this one is by far the best, everyone is professional and super helpful! I especially want to thank Maggie from the Fairview heights location, every time I go in she’s always super bubbly and helpful recommending great products I’ve never had a less than satisfied experience!

My first and my second visit to this place was amazing! From entry to exit it was smooth. Different bud tender each time but both were super helpful and friendly, never felt rushed and loved what I picked both times. Cakemints is amazing if you have adhd or just in general are a bit squirrelly 😅 🙌. This is how I imagined a dispensary to be in my mind, and I can’t give them enough credit for achieving and surpassing my expectations.

I was there a few times but hope they become medical so I don't have to go to Collinsville
