Delivery took long I had to canceled after an hour delivery delay. The order is still sitting not cancelled and it won't allow me to place other orders until this order is cancelled.

Slow response times for support. No delivery updates. Had to cancel and order elsewhere.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish. I placed my order at 10 PM, and it didn’t arrive until 3 AM—a far cry from their advertised 60-90 minute delivery time. And okay, delays happen, but don’t call me every 30 minutes to tell me you’re on your way or to talk trash about another customer for causing the delay. That’s unprofessional and completely unnecessary. When my order finally arrived, they delivered all the wrong items. When I called to get it fixed, their response was basically, ‘Too bad, deal with it.’ To top it off, they had the audacity to try to bribe me with a free goodie if I left them a good review. Seriously? No amount of bribery can make up for this garbage service. And the cherry on top? When I tried to call the next day to speak to someone about my awful experience, they dodged my calls and refused to answer. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or making things right. This place is an absolute joke. Save your time, money, and sanity and take your business elsewhere.

There are no words to describe how much I love SZ and Shepard & Mason . This is absolutely the best delivery and highest top quality cannabis. I've ever had. I have Chronic pain and depression & anxiety. I'm also sober & My doctors allow me to use medical grade cannabis. I broke my arm last year and they were tapering me off off opiates. I just used cannabis with no withdrawals. Michigan University did a study from least addicting substances to most. Cannabis was the least. Caffeine was in the middle. Fentanyl was the the most addictive. Fentanyl is also approved by the government. John Kennedy Jr wants to make all cannabis and mushrooms legal but taxed. But the tax to go to building rehab centers. In Oregon & Colorado Insurance approves therapy that includes cannabis to relax the patient because trauma is hard to get out. There are rehab centers in Oregon that use cannabis as a rehab method. Why not? In rehab we weren't allowed to have any caffeine including chocolate. They told us to smoke nicotine instead. I hate cigarettes. Caffeine is considered a drug. If you're a daily drinker. Stop for a week. Weed is God's beautiful gift to us. What an awesome plant. Thank you Shepherd. You have the best intuition and memory. You know exactly what I need when I tell you my symptoms. Your Signature blunts are stellar , so many different varieties that you carry . I can't even name then all. Your Flower is already cut. ALWAYS extra love and my favorite candies. The orders are packaged so meticulously and detailed . Shepard even asked me once if I wanted something from Starbucks one time. SZ is the REAL deal. I don't allow mediocre in my life!! Shepherd you are doing great things.
