AYR Wellness - New Castle

I placed an order for 8 items when the store opened, but unfortunately AYR decided to cancel my entire order because they said the prices weren’t correctly displayed, I understand it was a mistake, but they didn’t offer a resolution on my part, they basically just told me “ oh well”, instead Justin offered me items that I didn’t order & at a much higher price. I asked if I could at least get 1 item from my order for the inconvenience, and got the run around and was told he would call me back, but sadly he never did. I guess that was his easy way to get a disappointed and loyal customer off the phone and a sad attempt of making things right.

Great people

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

I have to search for the strain on the internet or call after I leave because they put a sticker over the important information 🤔 I also didn't get the strains I thought I was buying.

I liked the weed

Hands down the best dispensary I've ever been to. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere and vibe is awesome. I will definitely be going back to this location.
