Employees are extremely courteous, professional, friendly and patient, while the atmosphere is inviting and spotless. I was able to find some of my favorite products, as well as a few new items I haven't tried yet. They have a very nice deal for 1st time customers and all kinds of specials. If I had any negatives, a tiny one might be with the online menu. I placed an order online and when I picked it up, there were other varieties on display that I didn't see online. Overall it wasn't a big deal. I still bought everything I wanted and look forward to being a return customer. Thank you!

The staff is the most helpful, friendly, helpful, and polite people in any business I've been to on Staten Island. Overall they just make the experience at this place a very pleasant one. Every time I go in there I am greeted by a friendly smile and very knowledgeable staff. As for the products sold here, I wish they had more variety or selection with the different strains, and the whole flower selection in general. The best whole flower brand they have is the curaleaf selection in my opinion. The only other whole flower brand that is decent is the Vireo brand which is usually a little dry. I'm not a big fan of vape products but the select elite live by curaleaf was pretty good, as well as the cliq. As for edibles, The best tasting ones were the Matter brand lemon drops or the , and the curaleaf gummies.

Fast and easy

I went for the first time as a new patient on a Friday evening. I had a great first experience and everyone was friendly and helpful. They answered any questions I had and the service was quick and efficient. As a veteran I feel comfortable coming to be. Stores to pick up my prescriptions.

Very good customer service regarding purchase and pickup. The customer experience could have been a little better and interactive. No one volunteered to show me all of the products that were available and their sedative differences. They pretty much asked for my credentials, handed me my order and I was out the door. The place looked great. Too bad no one took the time to show me around.

The store is always bright and clean. The staff friendly and welcoming. The product very is high quality and helpful. I am a little confused about specials though. Buy 2 get one for a dollar for instance. If I buy 2 I should get my 20% Medicare discount on them and then qualify for the third for $1 after my purchase. Doesn't that seem right?
