I went for the first time as a new patient on a Friday evening. I had a great first experience and everyone was friendly and helpful. They answered any questions I had and the service was quick and efficient. As a veteran I feel comfortable coming to be. Stores to pick up my prescriptions.
Very good customer service regarding purchase and pickup. The customer experience could have been a little better and interactive. No one volunteered to show me all of the products that were available and their sedative differences. They pretty much asked for my credentials, handed me my order and I was out the door. The place looked great. Too bad no one took the time to show me around.
Very friendly staff, I love it here. Just wish they had more variety of their flower products and not run out of options as often. Other than that it’s the best place I’ve been to in NY.
I have no issue whatsoever with the staff, service, products etc. But—-if the store has to close for any reason , couldn’t a text go out so we don’t drive all the way there to find a locked door

Staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. They take their time asking about your needs before they recommend a product. Also...the recommendations made helped tremendously with pain management & sleep issues!! Grateful!
