When you walk into a new provisioning center you dont know what to expect. Well when walking into Better Provisioning you get a great vibe of professionalism. Everything is bright and classy with glass on display right in the lobby. I was welcomed by friendly staff and security as I was checked in. After going into the actual dispensary i was wow'd! The staff was eager to greet me and the space was well designed! Weekend specials were great and first time patient discount basically got me a joint for free. Will be back for my 2nd visit penny presto cart! Thanks for a new great place for my medicine!

Great medical marijuana dispensary! Budtenders are very personable—some more knowledgeable than others. The guy who resembles Jerry Garcia is very knowledgeable! When they have a sale, they HAVE A SALE! Have been back three times for sales!

well the 2nd visit was a joke.i did get a 1/2 gram for penny.the Lady behind the counter had no clue about what was a sativa and what was a indica.i had to kinda coach her.i had more knowledge than her!.. ....and she ask for a tip...wtf...I'll only go here again when I absolutely need too.I am glad you are across town from me...

Great location, they were very flexible with my needs, had all state tested product, and answered all my questions! I’m enjoying my new Ooze Comet very much and can’t wait to stop in again. Kalamazoo needed these people!

Same things everyone else had but less of variety

This shop has pretty good deals that always seem to rotate. The variety of different products is a much appreciated surprise.

This place is awesome! I had a work related injury earlier this year, and have been using cannibis in place of pain killers. Damian was able to get me set up with some awesome product from Monster Extracts that was perfect for me. The place looks great, the staff is knowledgeable, and the store looks great! As a bonus, if you have a lot of travelling friends or family, the store is very close to the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek international airport. I will be shopping here again!

Today was my first time in, and let me tell you, it truly was something else. Genuinely other worldly. Never have I had such a fantastic first time at such a fresh Center. Outstanding environment, as soon as I walked through the door the Security Officer and Front Desk Clerk were more that kind and inviting upon entry, a genuine “Good Morning! Welcome!” And nothing but smooth sailing from then on out to the Business Area, striking genuine conversation with the most friendly demeanor and they didn’t even know me. Upon moving to the Business Area, again I was welcomed with open arms per say, a pleasant how do you do, and the friendliest attitude I could ask for. My provisioning specialist was more than helpful, I didn’t catch his name unfortunately, JShepherd as listed on my receipt, and he was very thorough at doing everything he could to be sure I was directed to Strains that were to suit exactly what I needed. And even provided thoughts and recommendations on conditions I wasn’t even looking to treat at the time, he was very insightful on several recommendations to ease such ailments. The pricing is magnificent, much more in my allotted budget with my income. Never have I found such a deal. In the end, I most certainly will be visiting again soon, Very clean, very friendly, very cozy. Top notch facility 👌 at this rate, I believe they will do outstanding. Most certainly pay them a visit!

Easy to get in and out

Turn the lights up a little bit so you can read what’s on packaging. Make sure your receptionist doesn’t forget your card and knows how to properly great a customer/patient, same goes for security chillin eating his lunch right when you walk in. Had like 2 prerolls to choose from and the bud tender didn’t even know what they were. Had to hold it up in front of his face cuz it was so dark and couldn’t see that it said indica. Alll in all I understand y’all just opened but please get people who aren’t just their to make a paycheck and seek bud. Cuz 1 y’all ain’t got none, and 2 for the bud you did have the dude couldn’t even tell me what it was. Get it right throw a new deal up and I’ll give you a second chance

Prices is kalamazoo are still out of wack people! 25/30 for grams in Detroit! Save up and by in bulk over there. I spend 2-300 and walk away with 10-14 grams..

Another pretty setup for not so pretty meds

You have no marijuana at all. Why would you even open up? I can't believe your story about the state when the place right down the road has 10 different kinds. I did really like the fact you sell papers and stuff but I really just came for some smoke, of which you had none. Thanks for nothing, literally.

They have the open sign out but yet you try to go in and they tell u to come back in an hour..... I guess I’m confused as to why you would even say ur open on here if your not thanks for wasting my time and gas

Everyone that has waited on me has made me feel welcome and safe. I love the atmosphere and the staff. One of the better dispensaries around this area.
