Great place as soon as I walked in I was greeted with conversation about youtube and video games with more working a full time job that's all I do. I left with some AMAZING product and a few youtube recommendations. Made my day to be honest.

Although I have not tried the products yet, the experience alone was worth the trip. As a designer, I was amazed by the branding, pamphlets, marketing pieces, and packaging. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming - very different from my expectations. I felt 100% safe and well-taken-care of.

I got banned for them not knowing where I was supposed to be in line.let other in front,when realized I confronted him and he got mad says ur screen already says ur rude so ur banned....wtf dude actin like a straight up women & omly reason i have bad rep with them is because they to damn personal. is so and so your brother, cousin like y'all are rude not me that's personal information I might not want you to know.horrible management acts like kids

Tell your security guard not to be a power tripping piece of garbage. This is NOT aimed at Collin because Collin displays the utmost amount of respect and professionalism, but rather the other piece of trash that was guarding the building. We arrived at 7:38 (with an online order for the time slot of 7:30-8:00) and were promptly rejected at the door. Absolutely REFUSED to let us in the door, citing that “it’s not on him” even though it was made abundantly clear to him verbally that we had an online order that was READY TO GO. We had Beyond Hello themselves on the phone telling us that it was fine and we could still go on. But no, your power tripping security guard still refused. There are positions in which people do let the power go to their heads, but let that dipstick know this ain’t it, chief. This was not the flex that he thought it was. He just looks like a lazier piece of trash than he already is. He was actively smoking and browsing his cell phone. He isn’t guarding anything except his precious little ego. He is also a complete jerk every time my husband speaks with him.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful! I kind of vented to Keely about how certain brands of carts sometimes seem short. Keely was empathetic and did their best to make sure I knew there were steps I could take to feel better about the situation. I really appreciated Keely making me feel like I wasn’t making a huge deal out of it if I felt a cart seemed short.

Employees are very friendly and helpful and the store has a wide variety to choose from.

Its awesome that they have a bigger selection and better discounts at the recreational store than the medical location. They know who spends the money.
