My 1st time to Beyond-Hello, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Paperwork for myself and caregiver was processed and entered into the system quickly. Staff answered my questions and helped me with my purchase.

I like the private customer service each customer gets their own weed technician to assist them with their purchase friendly people can't think of a thing I didn't like about it except maybe the price was a little high and they don't offer me any discounts

Great place, such friendly staff. They aren't trying to just sell u the most expensive product, they actually take the time to talk to u and go through each and every strain with you until u find the right one that you want. This is my definite first choice dispensary in the area over all the rest.

I visited Beyond / Hello in Scranton this past weekend for the first time, and I had an amazing visit. The staff is very helpful, the inventory selection is great, and the place itself is beautiful. Would absolutely recommend.

great staff, their hours are convenient especially having Sunday hours, they usually always have what I need and their prices are reasonable with all their discounts and promotions they let you use. I will definitely be a frequent flyer there from now on.

Very friendly staff. I waited a long time to see their pharmacist, but it was very much worth it. Their pharmacist and my budtender were lovely, and the products are top quality.
