this place rocks. I placed an online order and within an hour it was ready for pickup. once there and checked in I was able to pick up my online order and I was out the door within minutes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I like the customer service

I drove several hours to this store today. I was in a rush. I asked specifically for live resin cartridges, and explained that I don't like the cartridges that have extra stuff added to them. I also explained that I am a medical patient in another state and suffer from severe nausea. The salesman said that 90% of their cartridges are live resin. He then sold me 3 cartridges, I get home and open them up. NONE of them are live resin cartridges. I just wasted my whole day and a whole lot of money, for some crap I do NOT want. Will never spend a $1 with this company again. What a scammer! I don't like that crap it's bad for you and hurts your throat! I'm seeing red! I feel like I was stolen from. 😠

The people are always very helpful and pleasant! They are fast and efficient and I very rarely have to wait for long in a line.

I like the separate room. I think the reward system should be looked at. Maybe offer double points on certain days. Also the offers like 20% off 250 only make sense for IL residents.
